I had a Groupon to here, and it was def Groupon quality. Both the exterior and interior of the establishment is missing something. They tried to make cute separate rooms, but in my opinion, fell short. It wasn't giving spa vibes---maybe discount groupon spa vibes, but that's it. I can count on one hand how many massages I've had in my life, but this one was just eh. The lotion used wasn't anything special. The hot stone treatment was mediocre. I was underwhelmed. The signs about keeping your underwear on, this isn't a sexual massage were very odd too. I noticed that at the end of my massage. Just a lot of little odd things. This is a one time stop for me. I decided to take the day off and treat myself to a massage on my birthday this year. Booked a one our massage, showed up a little early, and they took me right away. I feel great. I asked for deep tissue and didn't realize how long I've been neglecting my back. She also worked on my neck legs, hands and feet. Very professional and I feel relaxed. Very relaxing full body massage. Clean space. They don't speak to you much or check in so you may need to speak up if you want a specific area worked on. We had the 1hr full body couples massage $140 total. Very reasonable price and they gave us a discount too. They add hot stones towards the end for free which was a nice surprise. Went for a 50 minute couples massage and it only lasted 35 minutes. At the end when mentioning this (confused if maybe she thought I'd booked a 30min) she proceeded to yell at me and argue. I proved the timing, payed the 50 minute price, cash as requested, and she proceeded to ask where her tip was. The paid amount covered a 35min massage plus tip, even though tip was NOT warranted I felt bad for the other girl, who was standing there apologizing. Here's the real tip though: DON'T YELL AGGRESSIVELY AT YOUR CUSTOMERS, especially when you're in the wrong. Do not come here unless you're prepared to be ripped off and leave feeling bullied and overcharged. And sore. Terrible knuckle massage that hurts your bones. read more

Completely unprofessional experience. We told the manager on the phone our window of arrival time and she proceeded to call us twice asking where we were. The room was very cold, the massages were underwhelming at best, not addressing any problem areas we mentioned. After the massage ended almost 20 minutes early, we told the manager we believed our time was cut short and she instantly became defensive, began raising her voice at my fiancee with no offer of a resolution, and continued escalating into an argument. We left feeling not only unrelaxed and sore, but stressed and overcharged. Will not be returning. read more

I can't say enough good things about my visit to QQ today. The new location is clean and upscale. The decor is tasteful and the place as well as the room is spacious. I went for the 1 1/2 hour massage but before I got my massage, Bella asked if I'd like to try the new solo sauna. I was hesitant at first but settled in and, wow did I enjoy the heat and quiet time. Upon exiting,I was led to my room and prepared for the massage. Overall the massage was excellent. I've had many massages over the years and I know when I'm being worked on by someone who knows what their doing and someone who cares. Bella right off asked me how hard I wanted my massage and checked in with me several times during it to be sure I wasn't uncomfortable. She was personable and friendly, all the while maintaining her professionalism. The massage Bella gave me was, hands down, one of my top 5. I work hard and the time she spent on my hands and feet was nothing short of heavenly You can't go wrong getting a massage here except if you only get the hour long one.
