I called and asked how much it was going to cost to get my acrylic removed and the person who picked up the phone said $10. I came in at 5 o'clock and the front desk was being rude already, I assumed it was because I was only getting a nail removal and not getting my nails done. One of the girl said in Vietnamese "remove it yourself". It ended up being the nail tech that was going to work on my nails. Everyone at the store left and she was the last one there and was in a bad mood the entire time. I asked them if they were closing early today because it says 7 o'clock and she said yes, we close at 6:30 since everyone left here there alone. She told me it was going to be $15 even though someone told me $10. She told me I called a different nail salon, then said it was maybe the manager that told me $10. Overall a very bad experience with 0 customer service. Her name is supposedly Trinh (if that's even her real name). They should have told me they were closed when I walked in. read more

The leg massage was by far the best leg massage I've had at a nail salon in a very long time. I feel so bad that they don't have a great rating on yelp because they were great and there were many women in there with scheduled appointments that looked like regulars. I highly recommend. Ok so I like some of the workers job but they never have a set price for anything. I swear the owner makes it up as she goes.I don't mind paying for a job well done but I sure don't see how I walked out of there with 93 dollars on any French tips with just a take off. Even with length or shape I can't see that on what the picture shows. It would be nice if the manager wasn't always over the workers shoulder. It wasn't ombré or two different powder just pink powder and polished tips and a take off. I would never mind paying that if it was worth it but I don't see that with the prices she charges. I hate Doing this because I hate having to find another place but This has happened multiple times and today was Just the straw that broke the camels back. Sorry for the incorrect grammar. The owners were very nice, but the quality just isn't there!! I got the "Spoil Me Rotten" pedicure and there was no spoiling me. The description says it last 55 minutes, but the lady was done in about 35 minutes. The hot stone massage was all of about two minutes and just a rub. The neck and shoulder massage at the end was a joke. I sat in a rolling chair and the guy literally tapped and kinda rubbed up and down my neck. My $30 pedicures at other places are far better than this one was for $61!!!!!!! I got a manicure too and it was just as bad, not to mention the polish literally started chipping the next day! I am from Houston, but I really needed to get my nails done and this place had good reviews . However according to their prices online , I was over charged! They did a good job so I didn't question it . But another thing I disliked was the fact that they do not sanitize their tools! after getting my nails done, I have a couple of complaints I would like to share it took three hours, THREE hours to get my nails done and first of all, wasn't even what I asked for, but we're gonna go back to that. So it's a three hours to get my feet done and it looked bad , but that was my fault, I picked the wrong color but on the MANICURE I asked for flowers and she DIDNT EVEN PUT THE FLOWERS. I spent $58 on a terrible job on something I didn't even ask for and you're gonna see what it looks like on the bottom. On website it said that designs are eight dollars but when I tried to go back she tried to charge me $25 for some little bitty flower dots. I will not be coming back here. So I live like a mile from this place but drive to Art Nails on W Mcneese to get my pedi. Yesterday Art Nails was closed so I decided to give QT a try. The old man that was selected to take my job was a bit quirky. The entire time I was sitting in the chair, he'd look up at me. Flirting? Approval? Couldn't figure it out. He'd look to see if the owner (nice guy) was looking & then 1 time he reached for my hands, squirted lotion on them & gave a quick rub. He must've thought I was a pushover The final straw was when he was massaging my legs, a normal practice done my nail techs, he tried to tickle me behind my knee!! He didn't do such a great job on my feet. I had to keep telling him that he was missing spots & to even up my toenails. IF I go back to QT, he won't touch my feet!! Oh, and he needs to cut his fingernails!!! read more

I nicely ask if I could change my color because the color I had was dried out & she went get a whole new color that did not match what I had. After I realized I asked Tee may I please get another color she refused & told me no. Ok so I would like to start off by saying I do not like leaving bad reviews but I was left no choice. I went with a group of 3 and they first sat me in a broken chair with out telling me and left me there for 10 minutes before telling me it's broken, that's ok and I moved without issue. Well ended up getting my foot burned by the water after asking the lady to adjust the water. So I taped out by that point. My boyfriend recieved a burnt neck wrap and a "very aggressive" neck massage leaving him with bursh burn, even tho he asked her to not massage as aggressive. Finally my other friend the nail tech literally did not massage her feet at all and did not say anything once her service was done. The service was very poor, will not be returning. read more

I have only been here once, and based on my experience I will not be returning. I got their top of the line pedi because I wanted to treat myself, but the girl I had was inexperienced and she barely went through the motions...it was definitely not worth $71. Then she moved me to the nail table and didn't do the neck and shoulder massage, which I called her out on, and they said she would do it when she finished my nails. I got dipped nails, and they were done so poorly and it was the thinnest coating I have ever had. They chipped 2 days later. Overall I spent $127 that I will never get back. I am all about giving people a chance, but when you care so little about someone spending so much of their hard earned money, that ruins it for me, and I will not be back. I went to QT nails when they first opened- nice place but my polish job was horrible with the lady that did my pedicure - the owner had to redo my polish which was great after redoing it. I decided to try the place again recently but not even two days later and my shellac nail polish is already peeling off. Polish too thick at nail beds and even some polish was on my skin on side of my finger- a guy did my manicure and shellac, very sloppy. A very young girl did my pedicure, she was very sweet but very - very inexperienced. She was also very slow- my pedicure took over an hour and a half. A different girl had to do my cuticles because the original girl was not very experienced on cutting around the nail. There wasn't anything on the cuticle cutter after cutting around all five toes and I barely felt the clippers touching my toe - she had to keep repositioning and trying different angles - I wondered if it was her first pedicure ever. Once the other girl took over she cut around all cuticles and removed dry skin. The young girl was sweet and did a decent polish job but very unsure about each step. Never going back. read more

I am extremely disappointed with this salon. I made an appointment for 11:00am (opening time) and was there in the parking lot early. Waited over an hour before I even sat at a table. I watched multiple walk-ins being serviced ahead of me. I don't understand making an appointment for their opening time and being there early, I should have been taken immediately open opening.
