Our trip didn't go to plan due to a medical incident when we were in Honolulu and we were unable to board our cruise ship. Natalie went over and above her duties to help us arrange alternative flights and accommodation to get us back home. she also contacted the cruise company to cancel our trip and arrange some credits. she did so much of this after hours and in her own time. My phone had limited capabilities in Australia and I was unable to purchase tickets on my phone. The two workers went WAY above and beyond to assist me, using their computer and personal phone to help us purchase tickets. They spent 45 minutes assisting us and we were absolutely thrilled to be able to see the concert. The extra effort and "happy to help" demeanor were awesome. Thank you so much!

Basically this is the last station before you hit the Newcastle Interchange, and it is actually a rather nice looking railway station. In fact it has been recently redone up as well. Quite nice.
