If you ever decide that you no longer wish to advertise with them, they will continue to run your ad for several months causing you a rather large bill. They call this an "always run" policy. You may not be aware they have done this and you didn't have to sign a contract for it to take place. It would have saved me thousands of dollars and a negative report to a collection agency if someone had of told me this was taking place. Make sure you get removed from this "always run" policy even if you didn't know it existed.

Potential employee's BEWARE. This is NOT the company you ever want to waste your valuable time…read moreworking for. Employee's are monitored around the clock the entire day, this includes having your trips to the restroom timed, your conversations with your coworkers eavesdropped on and listened in to via several of the surveillance cameras strategically placed in and around the warehouse, being watched from a distance while out on an installation at a job site, and other petty forms of micro management such as being told how to sit in your chair, how to hold and operate your computer equipment, how to operate computer programs, what type of music you can and cannot listen to while working, etc. This is also a company that keeps just under the minimum required count of employee's so that they aren't obligated to pay health insurance as well as one that will send you home and dock an entire days worth of pay if there is a mistake on the job and you refuse to clock out and continue working to correct the error or come in on your own time (this is extremely illegal). The pay scale is also bare minimum when compared to what other sign companies pay their employee's, they maintain this by hiring only immigrants visiting the country on "work Visa's", so expect to earn less what a Walmart employee does. The owners also have severe temper and control issues, when errors escalate expect to see doors slammed and remain shut for the entire day, materials thrown and slammed down on tables, walls punched, and even go as far as physically placing their hands on you in an attempt to remove you from your chair if caught using your personal cell phone while on the job. This is also a company that has maintained a perfect 1/0 record of never paying an employee unemployment benefits as they will pull out all of the stops to make you sound like the worst human alive to the TWC commission so that they don't have to pay their portion of unemployment insurance. If this sounds like the work environment or you then by all means apply with confidence, if not Houston is a very large city and any other job will be better suited for you than this one.

I called them Monday to confirm everything was good with my graphic that I had sent. someone was supposed to call me back. Never executed a call. I stopped by the location on Tuesday and the designer confirmed it was good and the sign would be ready by Friday. Called again on Wednesday to confirm one more time (obviously o had s feeling it wasn't going to pan out). And again they said yes. Friday rolls around and I called to find out when it would be ready. Left two messages and no one called me back. I called again two hours before they close just to be told that the designer was out and it wouldn't be done. I should go find another company! HORRIBLE customer service.
