First year Client of Diane's. She helped me clear up the mess my former Accountant left me in and got my LLC unsuspended which I am grateful for. However attempting to communicate was extremely difficult with her. I often called or texted and was ignored. I caught several mistakes that had to be corrected. My wife went to pickup our taxes when we were told were ready she had to wait only to discover they'd were not. When I was told the State e file was sent when it was not was too much for me. I had my taxes for 2023 done at Qualified Tax Service. I brought the information in to their office in April of 2024. The owner prepared the return and she said she would send it in on 4/12/24 by way of her computer. I was advised that IRS would contact me since I owed money and that I should contact her and she would set up a payment schedule if I wanted. By October, 2024, I knew something had to be wrong as I never heard from IRS. I contacted the company and found out that she never filed the return. In addition to what I owed I was charged $3,631.95 as a late penalty. QTS refused to take responsibility for them not getting filed! I would NEVER go back to have papers done or recommend them to others. I am considering going to an attorney! read more

I could cry as I type this review, I paid for advice and trusted that my problem would be resolved but 4 tax preparers gave me bad advice or took my money and neyyver did anything for me. I knew I had to keep trying to find help and one day I saw Qualified Tax Services near my house and the phone number was so easy i won't ever forget it. Diane had more work done in the first month than my last tax preparer did in 1 yr. She had to deliver the worst news I ever imagined (i owed 140k and the IRS won't let my dispute that amount), then she gave me hope that this would not ruin my life. Not only is she extremely organized, punctual, she has been at her office working on Fridays till 9pm and working Saturdays too. I've never gotten the last 4 tax preparers to return my calls once I pay them to work on my taxes. I wasn't sure they were bad tax preparers ........i felt like my tax problems are so bad they must not want to tell me it's hopeless or they can't help me. My aunt told me she prayed every night that my IRS problems would go away, and I used to think I'm sure God has more important prayers to answer.
