Rating this place with 1 star is more than what they deserve. They have no idea what QUALITY AUTO TINTING is. When I first made the appointment to tint my windows, I was quoted 4 hrs. It took them 8 hrs to TINT! They said that THEY NEVER gave an estimate time when they'd finish which is lies! Every time I'd call, they'd say "it'll be done in an hour". I'd call after an hr and they will say "it's not done, that's why you didn't get a call" RUDE as heck, the guys on fort Carson and at the store on academy. When they finally got done, they kept calling me to pick it up bc they're closing! UHH NOT MY FAULT YOU TOOK TWICE THE AMOUNT OF TIME TO TINT MY DAMN WINDOWS and I LIVE 30 minutes away!! Once I got there, I instantly seen imperfections and all they had to say was to wait 3 days and bring it back if it didn't get better. LINT AND CRAP WAS STUCK IN THE FILM! Air bubbles everywhere!! I called to schedule a "redo" but they said that they're busy but I can bring it in for them to see what they have to do. NO THANKS! I don't live next door to where I can just waste my time and gas for you to LOOK AT IT! I had to wait 2 weeks to get my car in. And they redid a window and a strip. Looks HORRIBLE! I saw lint in it again!! And they didn't even bother to check the other windows where there's a huge AIR BUBBLE!! They said if we told them, they would've done it. NO!! IF YOU WERENT SUCH LAZY ASSES AND CHECKED YOUR TERRIBLE JOB (LIKE WHAT YOU WANTED ME TO COME IN FOR YOU TO "LOOK AT IT") AND HAVE INTEGRITY, YOU WOULD'VE DONE IT! Now I have to drive 30 minutes again to get lint stuck in my tint film again.. What fun! $230 down the drain. I've been coming here for years (15+) for window tint on multiple cars. Every tint job has come out perfectly. Today, I went in for my first stereo install. I bought all my stereo equipment myself, so my only charge was labor. I did my homework before hand and got some quotes from other companies. Qualify Auto rated so highly with me (given my prior experiences plus the recommendation of a prior employee there - thanks Jeremy!), I pulled the trigger on an install for an amp, a sub, a capacitor, a LOC (line out converter) and front/rear speakers swapped. I spent a fair chunk on the equipment, so I was nervous about the install a bit. In retrospect, I shouldn't have been - the outcome was phenomenal!! I am very pleased with the quality of the install and how it turned out! Some words of advice...Donny, the owner (very fair and personable owner), should be listened to when advice is given!! I plan on doing a 'stage 2' job to my car stereo - Quality Auto is the ONLY place I will let touch my car! Thank you, Donny - you run a tight (quality wise) and very fair shop! read more

I was looking to upgrade the stereo system in my 2008 4Runner , went to the shop spoke with one of the store person . They took me to the section that had all the stereos , as I looked through the selections of deck units. I found one but was the shop person suggested to get the new kenwood DNX8935 , it was out on the market less than 3 days. I took it as it had apple play and I had an iPhone so it all made sense , I wanted a remote start and they helped me with that as well . They were very informative with what they were doing and how the work was going . It took a few opps on working with a new stereo that I understand , they took care of me and I never felt like I got taken advantage of. We had some issues with the smart start system which was the manufacture support team mistake . Quality Auto Performance stepped up and make it right for me even though it was not their mistakes. I am a men of more than one car I will be taking my cars to them again , they are great people to work with. read more

They steal... long story short, I had cv axel work done on Aug 3rd, 2018. The mechanic told me that wheel lock was missing at that time; said he could remove the locks and wheels to do the work, but couldn't put back the locking nut back on without the key. Went to Lexus right after and picked up a new wheel key, $36. Not wanting to ever spend $36 on a wheel key again, I walked out of Lexus, opened the back and placed the wheel key in a very specific spot in back trunk compartment of the SUV, in a zipper case I store misc. items. This was knowing I would need it for brake job appointment Aug 8th, 2018, this morning. From last Thursday when I purchased the new wheel lock key till this morning, the only time the SUV has not been in my possession was Monday, Aug 6th, 2018, when I dropped off the SUV at this place to have tint redone on front window. The business that does tint, sound and WHEELS. I take the SUV to drop it off to get the brakes done this morning; go to get the wheel lock key (that I had personally placed in the case less than a week before) and it is missing. read more
