They explained what they were doing, were open to questions, and sought approval at each new step. They packed my stuff, tore out carpet, moved furniture, offered to find storage, get a dumpster, do whatever was needed to mediate the damage. They treated the effected rooms for any microbial problems. By the time I was able to get to El Paso, due to the quick response and high heat (summer heat wave), my house was practically dried out.
