Meet the Business Owner: David R.

David has a civil engineering degree from Concordia University and an applied science degree from John Abbott College. He has successfully completed the CAHPI course curriculum with honors at Algonquin College and is an applicant member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors. David has consulted for a variety of companies and federal agencies for over 20 years, working on projects as complex as qualification of pharmaceutical manufacturing plants for regulatory bodies worldwide to less glamorous landscaping projects for municipalities. More recently, David has been consulting on quality control for building product manufacturers and is familiar with the common minor defects companies let pass as well as major defects associated with most construction materials.
