Something about the live wall, with lush with plants growing out of it, the friendly bilingual receptionist who told me about her New York upbringing and the chic furniture and room decor within my standard lair, had me thoroughly impressed. Holiday Inn is kicking it up a notch and certainly winning in style points. But it's not just style, the wi-fi was fully functional and speedy from my room (I even had a nice desk to work from), and there's a fitness center and a pool. If my room was any indication, I'll bet both are just as new and freshly painted. I literally felt like I was the first person to sleep in the bed or use the shower. If a hotel room had a "new car" smell, this one sure would. I also loved how well located this hotel was. Nearby, there were tons of options where you could eat and drink, and the dog-friendly Patio mall within walking distance was a great perk. Next time I'm in BH, I won't hesitate to stay here again. In fact, I can't wait! PS: the room service menu looked legit!

Everyone is always so friendly and it's a nice treat to be treated like that as busy as they are! The room is cold, clean and quiet with wifi and a city view. The WiFi service is horrible! 20 mins to download a 8mb file?!? 0.20mbs speed throughout the hotel. The staff here however are very nice.
