The ice machine is located on the first floor, there is not an ice machine on the second floor I do not know about the floors above. They have a decent breakfast bar type and is complimentary with stay and I was pretty much pleased with the selection for the guests. One day was scrambled eggs alternately and the other day a pan of small omelets . You also be rationed with three choices of cereals, Bagels, juices and coffee. A decent way to start out a day before work or travel with freebies. The only minor setback which was noticeable very strong musky odor in the room of dampness but that is about to get. I entered my room and was greeted with a pretty clean restroom, microwave, refrigerator and of course television and free Wi-Fi. I would not mind staying here again since the company paid for my rooms but for the same price I found out we could have gotten the same room rate at the casino 30 miles away @snickering

Found a mouse dropping on the top sheet, the then mattress pad had fluid stains and the mattress case had stains also. Made a complaint to the front desk and we were moved to another room. Went through the process again and the results were worse. When we pulled the head of the mattress back from the wall there was a bed bug between the mattress and the box springs. At this point we left and went to another motel. The next day the manager was made aware of the incident but he said he didn't believe us because his staff didn't find anything. We also showed him the pictures. Hilton Corporate was called then the County Health Department was made aware of this incident as well as the State Department of Health plus the local Chamber of Commerce.

The room I was given was not clean, with visible dust on surfaces and an Additionally, the bathroom had mold in the shower and an unpleasant odor. The noise levels were extremely high due to thin walls and a poorly insulated window, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, leaving the room too hot Despite raising these issues with the front desk multiple times, the staff were unresponsive and did not offer any solutions or compensations. Their lack of professionalism and customer service was disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend based on my experience. The cleanliness, noise, and unhelpful staff made my stay uncomfortable and stressful dealing with a bunch of over stuff in Claremore from the tornado they also freaked out over a plastic ice bucket that probably was a 1$ and couldn't let it go I also didn't take it or throw it away I accidentally let in the ice machine room so ridiculous. Also there's roaches and bugs under the beds super nasty but thankful for a place to sleep And they were also hateful to my grandmother who just had two hand surgeries, and her house was tore up, and they were very hateful about her sitting outside on the back porch that it was not a designated area to sit. Then you realize it's like they just put it over the carpet from before. The room was outdated. The bathroom felt like they had that Bathroom Fitters put over the old one. We were staying in back in our camper and my boyfriends boss was paying our rent and she knew that but decided that when rent was not even 24 hours late that she was going to evict us! Ok fun that's understandable but the way she talked to us was NOT ok. Almost everyone who stays back here has said she is goofy and I even called my boss to let her know I was going to be a little late for work because we are being thrown out and she even said that the woman running this place has issues! Don't spend your money here they need to figure out how to a run a business a little better and learn how to be respectful and kind to people!
