This it the inside of the key holder. Did not notice that is was so filthy until I turned it in.

OMG, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First, the young girl up front did not understand English very well. She asked me if she could put me in another king-size bedroom, and I said as long as it has not been smoked in. She told me that it had not. Well, she lied. I did not get into the room until later and was tired. I walked in and it smelled, I thought it might be because the air was off, so I turned it on and lay down for a nap. When I woke up, it was pretty late, and the room still smelled. I sprayed my cologne, and it seemed to help a little. I did not go to the front desk because of the hassle I had when checking in. Went to take a shower and it was gross and dirty. The sink had stuff on it, where the toilet paper was, it was rusted and gross, just like the toilet. I realized what I was smelling was the old smoke from it being a smoking room. This was backed up by the burns on the toilet and the cover on the ironing board. The bathroom was so gross that I had to lay towels on the floor so as not to walk on the tile. In the room, the ceiling was peeling off. You would think that the key that they give you would have a new or at least a clean card hold, well, not here, as you can see in the pictures, it was gross and dirty, and looked like they had been using it for years. This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen, and it is not good enough for a dog. Please read the reviews on this facility; they are like mine. Thank you

I needed a place to lay my head last minute because I was too tired to drive back into Nashville after traveling all day on little sleep. Booked it for $70/night and got a two queen non smoking room. I was a little skeptical at first, but it was just for the night. Checking in was pretty easy but the gentleman at the front desk - though very professional and pleasant - was a little difficult to understand. My room was on the second floor and one as pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. It was immaculate. The bedding smelled very fresh and the beds were well made and SUPER COMFORTABLE. They accept pets which is great for per owners, however I feel like they should mandate a leash law there. While I was walking on the premises, a lady with 3 dogs let them out and one of them charged me and jumped on me (looked like some kind of bully mix). Luckily I'm not scared of dogs and it didn't hurt me, but I don't know this dog. Had it been someone else, it could have been a different situation. That was the only negative aspect. It's right across the street from a gas station/shop and McDonald's (side street so no crossing lights or anything). Continental breakfast which is served from 6am to 9 am (included) was also quite impressive. They had a good selection and the bacon was PERFECT! (That gave the star back I would have taken away for the experience with the dog). Checkout is at 11am which gave me time to relax some more and get ready to leave. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Only if you are really desperate. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is by far the worst in over 30 years. No toilet paper the door would not shut all the way. Numerous stains , cigarette burns in the bath, holes in the wall and the room had not been cleaned in days. Shame on choice hotels to let this property get into this horrible shape!!!!!

    Bugs all over!!

THERE IS NOTHING QUALITY ABOUT THIS PLACE!! Soo the lady at the front desk was very nice and willing to help any way she could. However, this place gets a solid 1 Star all based on the cleanliness of the rooms. No amount of kind willing staff could ever make up for the filth that was these hotel rooms. We came for the Spartan Race and my mother booked her room then I booked the room right next to hers. When my mother got to her room is smelled soo terrible that she left went to Walmart and purchased one of those scent diffusers to make the room smell better. One of the beds had legit blood stains on the blanket. There were way more stink bugs than you could imagine and there was black crud in the sink and hair caked in the shower. This was all just her room....when I opened the door to my room there were at least 100 dead bugs all over the floor and bed and table and tv stand and everywhere you could imagine. The room smelled like someone just walked in and peed all over the walls and carpet and walked out and there were cigarette burns in both the bed spreads. When I went to the front desk the very nice receptionist offered to give me a broom to sweep up the dead bugs.....she then offered to do it herself when her shift was over. I said no thank you and got my money refunded.

Arrived for one night, the rooms were nice and clean. Everything was good except they were out of every single kind of complimentary juice and the TV was designed to keep all the ports non-accesible. This was a real bummer as we could not use a HDMI cable and could only watch the few boring TV channels. And guess what, it was designed this way o ly for aesthetic purposes. Update: The 'hot breakfast' was nothing more than generic, honestly hard to swallow unless you're used to hotel breakfasts. The english muffin tasted like paper.

Conveniently located by the military base and gaming center, Holiday Inn is one of the best hotels you can stay in this area when compared to the other hotels nearby. Complimentary breakfast (every day) and dinners (Monday to Thursday) were always delicious, well displayed, and a money safer. Customer service was always excellent. If there were any criticisms, they were easily dismissed due to the benefits of staying here. It can get loud if your room is located on the lower floors and facing the roadway being located near a very busy road & highway. Yet we always rise early and stay up late due to our busy schedules, so we didn't acknowledge the sounds outside the building. The beds are small - full size - (if you have two beds in a room and are not sleeping alone) - very uncomfortable if you move around a lot in your sleep beside your partner and are both accustomed to having a side table on both sides. I suggest a king size. Breakfast is always delicious and I love that they have milk in individual bottles to take for your convenience. I love the vast options they provide. If you want to avoid the crowds, go early at 6 AM when they open. I wanted to have coffee by the pool side but the pool area is locked up until 8 AM. Dinner is always delicious. We loved the taco buffet they had for dinner during one of our stays. The lobby area is comfortable with a lot of sunlight. We have stayed in different hotels nearby yet they dim in comparison to this hotel.

Room- Our room comes with a kitchenette, but really only differences from a standard hotel room is a stove top and some empty cabinets. Microwave and mini fridge could use an update. Tv was a bit small, slightly larger than 32 inch or so. Room comes with nice small kitchen table and separate desk. Two beds, seem smaller than queen. Kinda tight, but really comfortable. Water takes a while to heat up. Faucets could use an update. Shower is minimal water usage with tiny high powered streams in an attempt to conserve Army water, I assume. Rooms were really clean and neat for a pet friendly hallway. Air conditioner worked well and fridge kept food cold so no real complaints. It was a comfortable stay over all. K-cup coffee maker, small cups only, takes some practice. One cup came out very watery. Location- near school, so expect to use the entrance on Bastogne Ave during school pickup/drop-off hours. Near Gate 4, Bank of America, hospital, near PX and all other main post amenities. COVID/Hotel- Expect to comply with mask rules, of course, while walking hallways. Breakfast is on the go. We were given a bag of breakfast. It contained a warm milk (yes seriously) from behind counter not in a fridge, cereal, pop tart, and muffin. They started doing coffee again in the lobby, not much options though. There are luggage carts available to assist if needed. Only one ice machine was working for entire hotel. Walk up stairs, or elevator, then around two bends on the South hallway. Hotel has a gym and laundry room.

My mother, sister and I stayed at this hotel in route to visit her sister in Hospice care. We brought in small carry-on bags and nothing else. I do not have a pet, nor did I bring someone elses pet along for a 10 hour drive to visit a facility where pets are not allowed. The lady I spoke with advised there was pet hair in the room. I do not have any idea how, unless left by previous occupant. We did not notice, however were in bed within 10 minutes of arrival. She advised that the only thing they could go off of was they saw hair. I DO NOT OWN A PET. I am sure there are cameras. When we checked out we ate breakfast in the lobby....again with no pet lol. I think this entire thing is ridiculous and I will change my ways with where I book in the future. (I did advice desk clerk on phone that I was on meds that cause some hair loss, she advised that "they could tell the difference between people and dog hair"...apparently not.

    1. Don't recommend this hotel. Read more to understand why. (ie. #4, 6, 7 & 16)…read more 2. The breakfast is nothing special and same every day. Sausage links, sausage patties, and scrambled eggs. Waffles tastes great. Serves 6:00-9:00am. 3. Milk is in a pitcher only. Staff sometimes forgets to check to refill milk, juice in machine, or restock food in time. 4. Rooms were decently cleaned. Water pressure when taking a shower is sketchy. Low pressure, then it will go to a trickle at times. Day Ten: The water actually stopped running in sink, shower, and toilet. Later came back on which was blackish in color. (See video) 5. One of the tiles in the flooring of the bathroom is peeling upwards and feels as though it is destined to slice my foot when barefooted. 6. When it storms, you will lose internet and cable. It is also likely to lose the elevator as well, so I would suggest lower level floors instead of the fourth. As an employee suggested, don't use the elevator when it's storming. It did not work. (Occurred once due to storm) 7. Power also randomly went out on our day thirteen for no apparent reason for several hours. No emails from management or phone calls to warn ahead of time or apologize for any of the power outages. This hotel has no back up generator. (Second power outage no storm) 8. Laundry works. Coin operated. $1.75 for wash and $2.00 for drying. One washer and one dryer. 9. Air conditioner, mini fridge, and microwave worked. Black mold spurs in air conditioning unit. 10. Night Two: I barely heard an alarm from the hallway and went to check. It was the fire alarm which shut off on its own after a few minutes. It definitely would not have woken us up. 11. By day Eleven, we noticed a chirping noise from the bathroom was loudly presenting itself through the door. The ventilation fan (when not on) still made loud chirping noises. (See video) 12. Parking fills up fast and breakfast appears to be even more crowded. 13. The luggage carts are scarce many times and sometimes never found. The hotel appears to use them also for maintenance and other things but will gladly give it up if you ask. 14. Beds felt became more noticeably lumpy at times now that we have been here a week. 15. It's the kind of hotel where you will catch the odor of marijuana as you walk down the hallway (which did happen). In case that's not your thing. 16. Day 14: Due to the latest power outage the staff had to let us in our room every time we left due to key cards not working. We gave up and checked out and went across the street to the lovely Holiday Inn for the remainder of our trip. Save your insanity and just choose a better hotel.

The best attributes of this hotel: Breakfast was cooked well every day. Air Conditioner worked well in our room during the hot days in our room. Customer service and maid service were very good or fair at this hotel. These were the best highlights of our stay here. Everything else was average or unacceptable. Our hotel room had cracked lamp shades and a damaged floor tile. We had two electrical outages during our stay there. Elevators did not work when electric was out. Water pressure in shower was low. Black water came out of the facet on one of our days there. It was impossible to find a luggage cart since guests were keeping them in their rooms or maintenance was using them. Despite all the inconveniences, we tried to give this hotel a chance. When our keys stopped working, we had to get front desk to let us in our room on the fourth floor. We decided it was time to move to another hotel room. Looking at the reviews, staying here could be a hit or miss. Personally, I don't think I could give this hotel another chance.
