I want to rate this place 5/5, but due to cleanliness I'll go with 4/5. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The hotel also offers free continental breakfast which I choose not to partake, but it's nice to have especially if you are in a rush. The room itself is nice, I got the non- smoking room which to my surprise does not really smell like smoke. It had everything that you need, I even see toiletries. The water pressure is nice which was very useful after my race. The cleanliness I mentioned was the dust on the furniture and hair in the bathroom, it seemed like the housekeeping does not clean thoroughly. Good afternoon fellow Yelpers! It's ya favorite critic again. I was hoping to leave a great review, unfortunately NOT this time... We traveled here from North Carolina for a sweet 16 birthday party for my niece.... 1 upside to this place was the check-in, super easy and the receptionist was friendly.. Now let me dive into one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever encountered... First of all, in this heat, no room should have the AC off (for any reason); took a while to cool the room off. The furniture is outdated and the "Free" WiFi goes out periodically and random... There is also hardly any cell service there... Got unpacked and fell asleep... The breakfast was a waste of time. There was NO Meat options period... Curdled milk. Sugar free syrup for waffles. No oatmeal or grits. Its better to go to McDonald's or Waffle House.... We had about 8 children with us and towels to accommodate everyone was scarce to say the least. We had to turn the old towels in to get new ones, but only once housekeeping started the following day. The people running this establishment actually live here, you can tell by the property garden on site and the same ones you see behind the counter are also the ones coming g and going g in and out of rooms at all times.... The beds were semi comfortable. The pillows were too soft. The covers were too thin, once the AC kicked in (room was freezing). For a much needed nights sleep on our 20hr drive this place was much better than anticipated! The check in was simple. Our room was clean and comfortable. Looks newly updated. We didn't partake in breakfast so not sure about that. The only not great thing was the shampoo and conditioner did not agree with my hair. read more

OMG, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First, the young girl up front did not understand English very well. She asked me if she could put me in another king-size bedroom, and I said as long as it has not been smoked in. She told me that it had not. Well, she lied. I did not get into the room until later and was tired. I walked in and it smelled, I thought it might be because the air was off, so I turned it on and lay down for a nap. When I woke up, it was pretty late, and the room still smelled. I sprayed my cologne, and it seemed to help a little. I did not go to the front desk because of the hassle I had when checking in. Went to take a shower and it was gross and dirty. The sink had stuff on it, where the toilet paper was, it was rusted and gross, just like the toilet. I realized what I was smelling was the old smoke from it being a smoking room. This was backed up by the burns on the toilet and the cover on the ironing board. The bathroom was so gross that I had to lay towels on the floor so as not to walk on the tile. In the room, the ceiling was peeling off. You would think that the key that they give you would have a new or at least a clean card hold, well, not here, as you can see in the pictures, it was gross and dirty, and looked like they had been using it for years. Good ac which is very important to me, good internet clean room. Perfect for a night passing through

I needed a place to lay my head last minute because I was too tired to drive back into Nashville after traveling all day on little sleep. Booked it for $70/night and got a two queen non smoking room. I was a little skeptical at first, but it was just for the night. Checking in was pretty easy but the gentleman at the front desk - though very professional and pleasant - was a little difficult to understand. My room was on the second floor and one as pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. It was immaculate. The bedding smelled very fresh and the beds were well made and SUPER COMFORTABLE. They accept pets which is great for per owners, however I feel like they should mandate a leash law there. While I was walking on the premises, a lady with 3 dogs let them out and one of them charged me and jumped on me (looked like some kind of bully mix). Luckily I'm not scared of dogs and it didn't hurt me, but I don't know this dog. Had it been someone else, it could have been a different situation. That was the only negative aspect. It's right across the street from a gas station/shop and McDonald's (side street so no crossing lights or anything). Continental breakfast which is served from 6am to 9 am (included) was also quite impressive. They had a good selection and the bacon was PERFECT! (That gave the star back I would have taken away for the experience with the dog). Checkout is at 11am which gave me time to relax some more and get ready to leave. THERE IS NOTHING QUALITY ABOUT THIS PLACE!! Soo the lady at the front desk was very nice and willing to help any way she could. However, this place gets a solid 1 Star all based on the cleanliness of the rooms. No amount of kind willing staff could ever make up for the filth that was these hotel rooms. We came for the Spartan Race and my mother booked her room then I booked the room right next to hers. When my mother got to her room is smelled soo terrible that she left went to Walmart and purchased one of those scent diffusers to make the room smell better. One of the beds had legit blood stains on the blanket. There were way more stink bugs than you could imagine and there was black crud in the sink and hair caked in the shower. This was all just her room....when I opened the door to my room there were at least 100 dead bugs all over the floor and bed and table and tv stand and everywhere you could imagine. The room smelled like someone just walked in and peed all over the walls and carpet and walked out and there were cigarette burns in both the bed spreads. When I went to the front desk the very nice receptionist offered to give me a broom to sweep up the dead bugs.....she then offered to do it herself when her shift was over. I forgot the review this "motel" when I got here. I recently moved to Fort Campbell from Fort Carson in July, we arrived to the Campbell area at about midnight and needed a hotel to stay in seeing as how our move in was scheduled for the following day. We get a room at the Quality Inn, good customer service at the front desk, but when we get to our room let me tell you; smelled like cigarettes, their were vegetables on the ground for some reason and it was very hot even though the ac was on. I go down to the front desk to give them the ole "thanks, but no thanks" and the lady that was very nice when we interacted before turned upside down when I told her, gave me unneeded attitude, but did refund me with no problems. read more

If we were not so exhausted in traveling from Jacksonville, Florida to this spot---we definitely would have left shortly after checking in the room. Friendly staff. The cleaning team lacks BIG time and management should be on to it! Beds are tidy. Fridge and microwave was dirty-glass on the floor under the floor lamp where a bulb had broken-the remote is manual (you have to punch in each channel # separately) and the # for the front desk is scribbled out with pen. Defiantly not quality at this Inn-I hope they get it together at some point. read more

Arrived for one night, the rooms were nice and clean. Everything was good except they were out of every single kind of complimentary juice and the TV was designed to keep all the ports non-accesible. This was a real bummer as we could not use a HDMI cable and could only watch the few boring TV channels. And guess what, it was designed this way o ly for aesthetic purposes. Update: The 'hot breakfast' was nothing more than generic, honestly hard to swallow unless you're used to hotel breakfasts. The english muffin tasted like paper. read more

We stopped here last minute at 10pm on April 3rd, 2019 because we had been driving for 13 hours. We stopped other places first that were higher priced and everywhere off the highway was sold out. We walked into quality inn and they had rooms and the front desk person was SUPER friendly. We were wary because of the low price but when we got to the room, it was clean, decent sized and the beds were comfortable. There was hot water for showering in the morning and a decent breakfast. I would definitely recommend this motel for a stop on the road last minute. read more

I urge people to avoid this awful place. The room they gave us at the Quality Inn Fort Campbell was absolutely disgusting! The room was filthy with BED BUGS!!! There were dead bugs all over the bathroom, I book a non smoking room and they put us in a smoking room! The carpet was covered in cigarette burns. The wood furniture was falling apart. I could honestly go on and on! It was absolutely horrible! Filthy dirty! We immediately left the room and went to the front desk. My husband asked for a refund and to speak with the manager. The manager refused to speak with my husband but told the women working at the desk that he went and looked at our room! He basically called my husband a liar and said the room was fine to stay in and that it was clean! It was nowhere near clean! They refused to refund us for the two night we paid for because we booked online, they said we need to call the booking site to get a refund. Which ok I get that so I asked for a receipt with the check in and check out date and time to provide to the booking site for a refund if we needed it! They refused to give me anything! They said they don't give receipts at checkout and refused to print me anything. The whole experience was a nightmare! Management was unprofessional! At this point I accept that I'm out a couple hundred dollars but I will make sure people know about this horrible, disgusting hotel and how terrible the service was! read more

There needed to be a more honest updated review. Very nice front desk lady.. The rooms are just musky smelling. Otherwise ok/nice. It's 10.00 less expensive than the sleep inn across the way. Easy access to the rooms and we had fresh peaches we needed to preserve. This is why we went with this one. read more

Not a good experience for us at this hotel. We brought a group and needed four rooms. The first indication that this was going to be a less than enjoyable stay was the demeanor of the young man who checked us in. He appeared annoyed that we were checking in. I was under the impression that I paid for our rooms when I booked them. The young man simply said, "The rooms have not been paid for." He offered no confirmation of that; he didn't show me any paperwork, he just asked for my credit card. I had to call my secretary back home to verify that no charges had been applied to that card yet. Then, as we got to our rooms, every single room had doors that would open just enough to squeeze in. I don't know if the carpet has been replaced recently or the weather had caused the doors to swell or what. I know that the young ladies we brought with us had to close the door to their room by two of them getting behind it and pushing it shut. The main issue I have is actually an unbelievable issue. One of the rooms given to our young men was not able to be locked. They could lock it with the deadbolt from the inside but if they left the room it could not be locked and anyone could simply open the door and walk in. I went to the front desk and again spoke with this same young man. I explained the issue to him and his first response was to say, "that's never happened before." I explained to him that it was indeed the case that the door could not lock. His answer was, "there's nothing I can do about it." When I asked him to change the rooms, he said that he would leave a note for his manager who would be there in the morning. I told him this was unacceptable and that either the door gets fixed right away or he gets us another room. This young man reluctantly called his manager and explained the situation to her. I could hear her on the other end of the line tell him to go up and check the door and see what the problem was. He asked her if he could switch the room and I heard her say to him, "of course they can have a different room if the door does not lock." Why this young man couldn't figure that out by himself is still a mystery to me. Other than the very poor service by this specific young man, the stay was satisfactory. We had four rooms and stayed two nights and had no other issues to speak of. Hotel owners need to understand that the impression of the hotel as a whole is going to be based upon the initial interaction with the person who is checking us in. Very clean, good breakfast, and an indoor pool! :-) Stayed a full week, while transitioning from DC. The staff were nice and accommodating, except about the air conditioning! It was blizzard cold in the upstairs hallway and never adjusted (even after multiple complaints!); I was told that the temperature was for the cleaning staff (for 5 rooms up there being cleaned?). If I were menopausal, I would have probably been ecstatic, but not with a one-year old. read more

Visited here once before when a friend had family stay, so when I chose this place it was off of memory. The pros of this place are the beds are soft and firm, the pillows are super comfy (I love my pillows). The 2 queen bedroom was very clean. The floors down the hallway were also very well maintained as well. For military I paid $83 for the night rather than $89. I even reserved online, just make sure when you check in you tell them to discount your rate. The bathroom was also very clean. You def get a bang for your buck. If you bring wine you can ask the people at the front desk for a wine opener. (They are super nice!) They have 37 channels on their television and wifi is FREE. You don't need a login and password (even though the directions say you do) just connect to one of the four available wifi networks and accept the terms and conditions and you are connected, they also have a hard line if needed. So the con: their isn't water in the vending machine. I know, it's random but still, haha. Didn't try the breakfast because their is a Waffle House, Denny's and McDonald's nearby. Definitely a great spot for its location. And near the highway to get to Wilma Rudolph. read more

At first everything seemed okay. The staff was eager to help when they found that we were there because our house caught fire. The room was very basic, not the cleanest, and certainly needed to maintenance, though. When we checked out I asked for a receipt, and the young lady behind the counter said that she needed to call her manager, Cindy King, because of the extenuating circumstances. Cindy King got very belligerent and refused to give me a receipt because my insurance company said that they would pick up the bill. I paid the first day out of pocket, and she still refused my receipt. I have hearing loss from my time in Iraq, and I could hear her yelling over the phone from the other side of the counter. This is a new hotel and it is fantastic! Completely none smoking so it doesn't smell horrible like other places do. The bed is comfy. The wifi works great. The rate seems in line with this nice and clean place. You should stay here. read more
