This is a large property that looks questionable when you drive up. I had a pet so they put me on the back side of the property with a narrow drive. I wasn't quite sure how to handle the drive so I ended up backing up along the building and parking so I could easily pull out. At first I felt a bit uncomfortable being a solo traveler at the back of the building but then I enjoyed it because it was quiet and well lit at night. The room was nice and looked to be recently remodeled. It was spacious and the internet worked great. There was a nice looking clean pool. The breakfast had good options and items changed daily. There was a lovely community right behind the property that was nice to walk my pet. There is a Walmart and Starbucks within walking distance. It was a nice little area to stay in. read more

Stayed the night at this location on 12/28/2021. A/C unit was dirty, I could smell unclean air! Tough to breathe, which made it tough to sleep! The room I stayed in was outdated, at least the bed was comfortable. No clue why I was given a room on the second floor, this hotel wasn't busy. Very few vehicles parked in the lot. I took a peek at some rooms, appeared that some of them are being worked on. Employees were doing things early in the morning of my departure, the noise was annoying. I've stayed at other Quality Inns, but this location was a disappointment. It was Motel 6 like, but more expensive. As a matter of fact, I believe a well-run Motel 6 would be better. For the money, there are certainly better options nearby! Desk clerks were competent. The location of this hotel is good, there's a grill/ lounge attached. A few other eating establishments are close as well. Easy access to I-64. read more

As you may or may not know, Quality Inn offers a "Lowest Price Guarantee" that it displays proudly all over its website. Basically, if you find one of their rooms at a cheaper price on a different website than their own, they will match that lower price and give you a $50 visa gift card. On their website, their price for a nonsmoking room with a king bed was $83.44 a night. However, on Agoda I found that same room for $79 a night. So instead of booking through Agoda, I decided to book directly from the Quality Inn website and give the lowest price guarantee a shot. As you can see from the screenshots, they decided to deny my claim even though I sent them proof that Agoda had a lower price than them at the time of my booking. They claimed that the hotel needed to be at a lower price by the time they processed the claim and as a result they denied the claim. That's such a ripoff because hotel prices can change within hours! The moral of the story is DON'T BOOK THROUGH THE QUALITY INN WEBSITE because their lowest price guarantee is a fraud! Book through somewhere else like Agoda instead. read more

Good: Location was great for what we wanted to do! The lady at the service desk was nice and friendly, and the breakfast was okay. Check in and out was quick and easy. Bad: My kids and I were disappointed because The pool was "out of service," no where did it say this on their site or anyone in the reviews and there was a giant pee stain on one of the mattresses. This is an excellent place to stay, staff is friendly, room was so very nice and clean, maid service was excellent and the breakfast bar was perfect with the best eggs and gravy we have ever had. This hotel deserves zero stars. Not only was it too expensive for what it was worth, the our room was disgusting. Non-smoking room had clearly been smoked in and then poorly covered up my a horrible cleaning spray, creating this horrible combined smell which stayed in the room the entire night. Lamp was not plugged in because there is no actual power point to plug it into. Leaky heater/conditioner thing make a big wet patch on the floor. Toilet paper holder dirty and fell off repeatedly.... But the WORST was the duvet/comforter on my bed!! The pictures speak for themselves and only a thin Yellow fabric covered it so there wasn't even a hygienic cover over the disgusting blanket!!! Honestly what is wrong with this place, AVOID and pay a little bit extra for some place else. read more

I'll give this hotel 5 stars. No reason not to! Would definately stay here again. We arrived while traveling just picked a hotel off the highway at 1:30am. We were greeted immediately but a friendly guest services rep. She was very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot and wonderful as well. May options to pick from. Of course Check out went extremely well. On our way out we noticed there were plenty of restaurants around the area to pick from if you happened to come in earlier. read more

Loved our stay! Only complaint is front desk lady wasn't very friendly. The free breakfast was great- nothing over the top, but it was good- had all the basics plus a little (cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffle Maker...) the pool was beautiful and my room was nice. Will be staying here on future trips for sure! I called because I needed a cot and I got one in short time. They had many soda machines throughout the building. We spent one night here during a two day working weekend. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were extra nice. Two negatives were a silverfish and a tick in my bed! Neither did any harm but did creep me out a bit. The woman at the check in counter was helpful. I'd give it 5 stars except for the bugs. read more

This place is not fancy but it served its purpose. Clean room, comfy bed, hot breakfast with eggs, waffles, cereal, biscuits, etc. It was $30 cheaper than the other big brand name hotels in town. This place definitely much better than Super 8. Seems like I'm not lucky enough though to get a decent room than others. Went there for a vacation last week & stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel needs an update. The carpet in my room was damp & my feet got dirty I had to wear sandals. I love Sleep In in Summersville so much I thought it would be the same since it's Choice hotels. I was wrong. The staffs were nice but my complain is my room. I found 2 bugs on the carpet & 1 in the bathroom. Then I found something under both of the mattress don't know what it is. Husband said it probably frm the wall when they drill the wall to put up the headboard. Anyway...my question at that time was what else I will find next in this room? Ohh..forgot to mention inside the microwave - check on the upper side. They need to get a new microwave. I thought I trust all choice hotels..apparently not all are as good. read more

Like the location, but was not impressed by the hotel. Supposedly we had a non smoking room but it smelled like a cigarette butt. There was hair on the bathroom floor, tub and toilet. On a positive side the bed was comfortable. read more

I called 48 hrs in advance and was told that my reservation would need to be cancelled thru Travelocity. The hotel is needing upkeep and modernization in the rooms. The lobby is great but we dont sleep or stay in the lobby at night do we? The room 319 we were given was a suite. What they didn't tell us was it was literally 3 to 4 feet from a bar entrance on premises that closes at 11 and all sorts of undesirable gather together drunk, high, smoke, cuss and yell and make noise even after closing time. They leaned on our door and windows and the smoke came right into our rooms. What a horrible feeling of being unsafe and vulnerable. Even at 2 in the morning people still hanging round as their is a wooden bench and deck there for the smokers. We were so turned off I cancelled our second night and couldn't wait to leave which we did. The rooms and rug were dirty old and musty and I was wheezing in a matter of minutes. Take away the derelicts at our door all night and clean the rooms and rugs and beds and maybe we would use you your hotel in the future. We wanted to like this place but its obscene for management to think anyone would want to spend money to be subjected to this kind of abuse while trying to sleep or rest from traveling. Also no walkway to lobby, u gave the elements if u want to get breakfast and everytime u leave your room. Get rid of the bar or at least dont rent out the room right on top of it to familys. They're working on it but. . . Obvious older hotel next to newer competition. They are working on the rooms but the remodel looks more like a refresh. Beds are not all that comfortable (subjective). Pillows are lumpy and small. The pictures show a nice pool with clear blue water but in reality it is empty and full of leaves on an 85 degree day. I'm glad it cooled off at night because the air conditioning was struggling. Some rooms have their only window looking out onto the hallway and coke machine. It was priced between the Super 8 and the Fairfield but I expected more from this chain. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with the Quality Inn. I was visiting Lewisburg for a long weekend and wanted an affordable place to stay. This place was $30/night less expensive then the other Places in town.Upon arrival I was a little nervous because the place is nothing to look at.
