They make two types with either a corn husk or banana leaf, salty or sweet. The sweet zarzamora y queso is fantastic. I also LOVE the green chile poblano, granos de elote and queso panela tamale in a corn husk! My favorite is the vegetarian...mushrooms, cheese, salsa roja, soft and full of flavor.
They are 22 pesos each and I hope to try them all this year.
