The call was to about 5 tree removal services in our area. Paradise Gardens was the very 1st to respond to our call. The inspection and explanation on how the removal was very easy to understand. Plus our yard has sum challenges. Such as wet ground in the spring and summer with normal to above rainfall. Also the Charter and telephone utility boxes within 6 feet and our neighbors property. We scheduled an appointment and was told late June or July depending on weather. They realized we were in a dry patch of weather this early summer and came in early June. Kudos for remembering our situation. Paradise Gardens Nursery showed up with a good handful of very professional crew that new the exact job that needed to be done. The clean up after removal was top notch as we had to do no clean up either. They are a local service and I highly recommend them for a tree removal service.

Dan is the only one that said we couldn't grow grass which is what we have been trying to do for the last 15 years. He recommended we put beds with ground cover under the trees and had a plan drawn up with all kinds of perennials and generally very little maintenance. He assured me that he would keep an eye on it and make sure all goes well. I felt like I finally had someone tell me the truth and provide a great solution. He was a great pleasure to work with. Metal trim outside of the door is dented from their front end loader hitting the metal during snow removal. A number of garage doors in my community with this trim are also damaged in this same way, at the same height by the loader. I hold little hope for any admission of error by LaRosa. And certainly no repair work to my trim by their company. If you hire this company for snow removal BEWARE of damage to your property by their equipment.
