I purchased a carport in July 2025. Paid $3000 for it. In January of 2026 we had a large snowstorm and the carport collapsed. Come to find out there's absolutely no warranty on these things. I rated them a 1 because zero wasn't an option. I ordered my carport in early December. It was supposed to take up to 10 weeks. That has since passed and now 12 weeks later. They don't answer and the one time they did the person who schedules was out with a cyst. They aren't answering messages or emails. They are truly a scam. read more

Ordered a carport in March of this year. We were told it would be installed in late April. They never called and wouldn't answer the phone if we called them. Went by personally to see the gentleman (or shyster) that we ordered it from. He promised someone would get in touch the following week. That never happened. Here we are in August and guess what? Still not a word. If I could rate a big fat zero, this loser company would get that rating. I would urge EVERYONE to bypass this horrible company. read more

A horrible experience buying from this company. Bought a 20x20 car port. Salesman told they would trim it to fit. Installer would but needed me to pay him more money than the contract stated. After install the roof leaked. The installer missed the beams with the deck screws causing the leaks. Went back to their shop and told the manager the problems I was having. Said he would send out crew to fix it. Went on a month long RV trip and came home. Wasn't touched. Called him seven more times asking for the roof to be repaired. Still no action. This has been going on for two and half months. I had to return to their shop and ask to speak to the owner as I wasn't getting any action from his employees. The guy finally came out on a Sunday and fixed the problem but he stepped on the metal roof bending it causing a crease in the metal. Left a bag of screws on the roof. I'm handicapped. Hard for me to get them off. Still haven't figured out how I'm going to do it. No follow up by the owner. I'm done fighting with this bunch. Nothing but lies and false promises. Buyer Beware!!! This company does not stand behind their structure. I had an RV cover installed in February 2020 and the braces have come loose twice since then (April 2020). 8 of 9 leg braces are just hanging by one side. This company sold me a building that I am not comfortable parking my RV under. The sold me a piece of junk and will not correct the issue. I have called and emailed repeatedly over the last three weeks and have yet to have this issue resolved. They do not call back when they say they will. I have even requested a quote on adding gables to the ends. This was a recommendation made by them. They still have not provided this to me. I purchased a 42+24 barn shed from these folks. I was told the day my building would be delivered. Lo and behold on the day they told me it would be delivered it was. I was very satisfied with my purchase and the work the crew did. they stayed late to get the set up completed. This place is a joke they do not care about quality and the installers have no idea what they are doing and are not insured.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Waited for 6 months for a carport and never received it. I work at night and requested that they call my house phone when they were coming to deliver or to confirm delivery. They continued to call my cell phone number that the "dealer" put down as a second number, and I do not answer my cell phone while I'm sleeping. I had other family members in place to receive calls and answer the door, but they either called my cell or made arrangements and then never showed up. I finally had enough and called to ask why they hadn't shown again. Heather said she would ask her boss when he returned from his dental appointment and return my call. I'm still waiting. That was a month ago. I said enough, and called the "dealer", who is just the middleman, asked for a refund on my deposit and he has refused. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They have similar complaints on the BBB website. read more
