These guys are the most genuine, honest people I've had the pleasure of working on my home with! I spent all morning calling around, unfortunately starting with a corporate company and getting completely rip off prices and a weird home visit, and due to positive Google reviews landed on Quality Septic as my third call in the harrowing ordeal that was my septic tank/bathroom overflow. Mike was prompt to answer the phone and was very patient as I went over all of my problems that seemed to spawn over the weekend, and said he could be right over with a flat rate (which was at least $100 less than the corporate "starting" price I was given hours earlier, where they tried to tell me it would cost more depending on how much was in my tank). Roughly an hour after our phone call, he was on my property pumping my tank, walking me through any weird questions or concerns I had, let me talk his head off and watch what he was doing, and gave me tips on how to manage my system better due to how old my main sewer line is and things I could look out for should any other issues arise with my plumbing. His service was prompt, efficient, kind and definitely what we need more of down here! I would recommend his company to anyone, especially those who may not know too much about septic tank issues like I didn't this morning. Highly recommend this company! We were in serious need of assistance on a Saturday morning while my husband was out of town and I was home with my children. Michael and his son came right out and worked tirelessly on our septic tank- pumping it out, cleaning out the pump area that was filled with mud, fixing the float device, and replacing a wire that had burned out, and getting a pump started that appeared dead. Michael held out that the pump should run when he could have just told me that I needed a new pump. He returned it all back to fully functioning. They tidied up the area before they left. The owner, Mike, and his son came out on a holiday when no one else would and did not charge extra. He also taught me a LOT about my septic tank system (answered all forty billion questions I had). He is affordable (in-line with common costs and doesn't overcharge), professional (apparently septic pumping includes more than just a pump (which is what the last guy did- no stirring or spraying)), and knowledgeable. They are up front about the cost of the service and they explain what they are doing and why.
