I am disappointed with how this daycare/school handled my child's potty accident…read more I fully understand that we have responsibility as parents to provide extra clothes, and I can acknowledge that we should have had backup clothes available. That part is on us. However, young children have accidents, especially when they are adjusting to a new environment, and I was shocked by how the situation was handled. I received a call telling me that my child had an accident and that I needed to bring shorts or pants because they were currently only in their shirt. I was also told that if I could not bring clothes, my child would remain without pants. That is the part I cannot accept. A childcare facility should still have a basic contingency plan for situations like this. No child should be left exposed, embarrassed, or without proper clothing because there are no backup options available. Even when a parent forgets something, the child's dignity and comfort should remain the priority. What makes this even more concerning is that since starting at this school, my child's confidence and self-esteem seem to have changed. They have started saying things like, "I don't use my listening ears. I never do," and "I'm a bad kid." As a parent, that is heartbreaking to hear. Children should be corrected and redirected with patience and care, not in a way that makes them internalize shame or feel like they are bad. A potty accident should be handled privately, calmly, and respectfully. It should never become something that adds to a child's embarrassment or affects how they see themselves. As a parent, it was incredibly stressful to receive that call and feel like my child's dignity was not being protected. I hope the school reviews its policy on potty accidents, backup clothing, and how children are spoken to when they are struggling or adjusting.

A friend recommended me to early resultz daycare and I called the director and she was very nice and offered me a tour the next day. The daycare staff is wondetful. i didn't have any issues. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a secure place for before and after care for school age children. They provide transportation to and from the school.

I actually enjoy this place. No daycare is perfect but I believe in trail and error as I am not a perfect parent/person myself. Any incident that has occurred was handled swiftly and to my satisfaction. New faces are common but I just try to inform them of my son's needs when they are alarmed by his reflux triggers (2 vomit max policy a day). Yes our children's safety are important but I'm the youngest out of 6 siblings so I'm used to "uh-oh" moments. It's how we handle them that makes the difference. The staff work really hard and are dedicated to keeping our children safe in my experience and my 5 year old and 1 year old make it back to me in one piece each time.

DO NOT ENROLL YOUR KIDS HERE!!…read more This is a business first and foremost, it's completely about money, not caring for our children. The owner, Ms. Young has no business running a daycare. -She is not good with kids. I've walked into the school and heard her yelling at some of her young ones in a very unprofessional manner. -TWO KIDS WERE LEFT OUTSIDE AND FORGOTTEN ABOUT ON A HOT DAY! the blame was put on one of our favorite teachers who was not even working that day. -Prices are INSANE. Even after we got government assistance, we still had to dish out $360 a month for one 3/yo. We switched to lil' folks across the street where we're paying half. -Ms. Young will take advantage and close the school for every holiday, federal or not, as well as teachers birthdays, teachers calling out or more likely quitting/getting fired. You are still charged full price and you will not be able to take your kid(s) to school about 3 days a week. They closed school for 2 weeks for winter break. -The turnover rate is crazy (kids and teachers both) because she doesn't pay her teachers anywhere near what they should be getting to take care of our children. They don't get paid for all those holidays that we still pay full price for. -When a teacher was fired or quit and a new one was hired, we had no idea. We didn't know who was taking care of/teaching our kids. -Our child's clothing would often get lost. The teachers I have met here are good people. They do not deserve the low pay, mandatory unpaid vacations, and poor treatment. If you're able to find another school that can accommodate, even if it's a little farther than you want to travel for it, it would absolutely be worth it.
