I let her know that I was in Alaska and that we wished to provide something for the family that would bloom each year and grow up healthy and happy, to remind them of their amazing three year old son. Nicole made several suggestions and we settled on a gorgeous flowering tree that would attract butterflies and bloom from spring to fall. Her kindness and helpfulness were so greatly appreciated. When I called back, another wonderful and equally helpful young woman answered the phone. Apparently, this nursery hires people with great customer service skills and exceptionally big hearts.
