horrible....!! mike came over and provided me with a verbal…read moreestimate for work i was looking to have done as well as an approximate date as to when he could fit the work in. within several days the number he provided me as an estimate, was still in my head and i was looking for the numbers to be put on paper so i emailed him for a written estimate, which i never received. several weeks later i attempted to contact mike again with regard to the work being done to see if we were still on schedule as well as to inform him that one of the several projects i was looking to have completed no longer needed to be done as my dad had taken over that project. again no response. another week or 2 passed and i send a text message to mike, again checking to see if the work is still on schedule, and again, no response. this is not the way to run a business. if something changes, not replying to a customer is horrible business sense and i WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PERSON FOR WORK ----- QUITE THE OPPOSITE......I TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH JACOBSEN HANDYMAN SERVICES

He was on time and gave me a verbal estimate right then. He seemed very knowledgeable and did the repairs well and in a reasonable amount of time. The final bill came in below his estimate. But never sang down before painting over and the floor is coming up. Baseboards were not replaced, and the flooring wasn't cut properly to fit the floor very, very unhappy. With the results after multiple attempts of asking for the job to be completed. It has yet been 3 months and still I have nothing done I now have to come out-of-pocket again to pay for another professional to come in complete. This work very unsatisfied, will not be recommending this company to anyone else. Just poor business

Completely gutted my bathroom and redid the entire thing, including a brilliant idea of how to close up a shower window without having to do a thing to the siding, running into issues with old plumbing, weird wiring, non square corners and a too small space, yet they still finished when they said they would with only a very slight increase over quote. Everyone of them was so friendly and polite, they cleaned up both in and outside so well that you would never have even known there were there. I already have a "honey do" list for them for other things around the house (they seem to do everything!).

May be good at other things, but not a locksmith. In my opinion questionable honesty, I've lived here 20 years and was told I don't know what kind of hardware I had on my doors. They refused to give me the the old hardware.
