A customer stated that Quality Forged (formerly Progressive Welding) was hired to install rails at her home and was quoted $18,500.00. And she needed to send a deposit of $10,300.00. After the deposit was sent, there was no work done nor money refunded and no further communication--even though the customer attempted to reach the owners through several avenues with no success. Now that the name of the company has changed, this review is less visible to customers, which is concerning. For this reason I will take my business elsewhere. Hopefully after the company's name change and the positive reviews here on Yelp the company has turned over a new leaf and is now doing right by its customers. Just make sure that you do your due diligence before hiring anyone for such major projects or repairs.
