Service was good, quick and efficient. The cafe itself was very clean and tidy, with lots of interesting information about the various TV shows and films that had been made in Quorn. There was art for sale on the walls and a selection of bric-a-brac for sale alongside another wall. The food was delicious, the dressing on the side salad was particularly good.
I had the cajun chicken croissant, as there were no baguettes at that time, and it was toasted to perfection, although the chicken itself could have done with a bit more seasoning. My companion had savoury scones, and she said they too could have done with a bit more seasoning.
Overall, a nice place for a quick bite and a coffee if you're in the area or travelling through. read more
