The only reason I am giving this place 5 stars is because their juice quality is very good (I won't get juice from anywhere else) and 2 of their employees. Otherwise, I would be taking my business elsewhere. Give it a chance because of their 2 employees Caroline and Jared. They are both absolutely amazing and are there to help the customer and have their best interest in mind. Especially Caroline, I won't go to this location unless she is there and I have heard MANY people say the same thing. Their MAJOR problem is that they have a big problem with keeping items and juice in stock. Their product wall is completely bare, along with their fridge. I've personally seen multiple people come in for juice and they'd be out of certain flavors. Same goes for devices and coils. I've seen people walk out empty handed because they don't have what they need. If they want to remain a successful business, the owner/regional manager really need to keep up on their stock so their sales can go back up. I hope they can get their act together because it puts their employees in a tough spot and hurts them financially when they are CONSTANTLY out of products that people continuously ask for. read more

When I wanted to quit smoking this place was only a few months old, the customer service was amazing, they set me up with everything I needed and answered all of my questions. Over the last few months vaping has really become a hobby, and I'm probably hanging out here 2-3 times a week. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products that they sell. They have really taken the time to explain how everything works step by step. In addition you can get natural/organic juice made for you on the spot in an endless amount of flavors in any pg/vg/nic you want. It takes a couple minutes for a fresh product, but its so worth waiting for. So pull up a stool, and don't be shy. This place is simply amazing. I've been to multiple vape shops around New Jersey, but I can not find one that provides the perfect blend of knowledge, friendliness, and quality that quantum has. From what I've seen and experienced they accept all of those who vape, from beginners to the experienced, with open and welcoming arms. I've literally seen one of the employees completely break a mod down and explain each component to the customer, in a fashion that was teaching them rather than telling them. This is the best vape store in the northeast. The owner and staff are very knowledgable regarding vapes and e liquid. I only get e-liquid from this place because organic and natural. The liquid is of the highest quality. It's a little more expensive but at the same time, you pay for the high caliber of product. The owner is very approachable and will remember your orders. I love their juice because it doesn't gunk up my coils. I get a lot of different juices from other places but they ruin my coils really quick so since I'm lazy and hate constantly redoing my coils, I like quantum's juice the most. As for the place itself. It's a clean shop with a cool vibe to it. Not all of the staff are always on their A game, but usually once you get to talk to someone for help they're pretty chill.
