They sent two ladies to clean. They worked on the house for seven hours and at the end of the day the house was still not completely cleaned. They want you to sign off on a form that says you're satisfied but as we all know, it's not till you can take my God seriously time and look through everything that you start finding all the areas that was missed. I also had to pay for the time that one employee took cigarette breaks. When I brought to the intention of management that it was not completely cleaned for the amount of time and money they were charging me, which was over $1200. Beth was very argumentative and only wanted to know if I had read and signed the paper that said I was satisfied. I asked if someone could come out and complete the work and was told that it would be an additional charge. I'm sad to say that I would not recommend this company. Any company that has business practices like that and doesn't make any attempt whatsoever to rectify a situation in any form, I cannot recommend!
