Je lui dit que c'est inscrit sur ma facture mais puisque j'ai changé de propriétaire plus garantie. On me raccroche la ligne au nez. Je rappelle le lendemain, avec un autre téléphone puisqu'on ne me répond pas avec mon numéro, la dame me dit qu'elle me rappelle dans 30 minutes pour me donner un rendez-vous, jamais eu de retour d'appel. Cette compagnie n'honore pas la garantie, un service à la clientèle exécrable! Je ne recommande pas du tout cette compagnie
