I ended up being there for almost TWO HOURS for a simple white pedicure. From the beginning, I asked for white polish with one light sparkle coat on top -- very simple. The technician seemed confused, so I explained multiple times. She started painting my nails with a sheer, see-through white that barely looked white at all, so I stopped her and clarified again that I wanted a solid white color. At one point, THREE different employees had to come over just to understand that I wanted plain white nails. I even pointed out another customer nearby who had the exact white color I was asking for. After repeatedly asking for plain white polish with no silver, she held up a white bottle and continued. From where I was sitting, it looked fine -- until I finally looked closely and realized my nails were completely silver and sparkly, not white at all. I told her again that this was not the color I wanted, but I felt completely brushed off. Then when I went to pay, I was charged $55 total, including an extra $20 for gel polish that I NEVER asked for. Two hours, the wrong color, poor communication, and extra charges for services I didn't request. Extremely disappointed.

Their prices are lower than a lot of their competitors and they have a loyalty punch card if you dutifully come and get a fill every two weeks. I have even seen two nail techs assist the same client, one on hands and one on feet which must be very handy if you're in a slight rush to get all of your appointments done! They have a wide selection of polishes and will look for a color or shade if you show them pictures from Pinterest or Instagram.
