    This was an experience. Beautiful atmosphere and the service was truly amazing. The environment is refreshing and spirit soothing. The clients are spaced apart and only once did I share the waiting area with someone else. There are lockers to close your things and my only disappointment was in the changing area there was no bench or chair to sit on while getting dressed and undressed. The reception was very warm and welcoming. Very pleasant while answering the phone and waiting on customers in person. My hostess who moved me from room to room was very sweet and personable. I left her a tip for taking care of my needs and keeping my mimosas refreshed. The young lady who did my facial was named Tiffany and she was fantastic. Very gentle touch and very professional. The steam pot was a first for me and I'm just not sure how I feel about it at the moment. Maybe if I take it for a test run I can update the review. It felt great while it was happening. Finally the lunch was perfect to round out the day. I wanted lobster but they were out. What I picked was delicious. Salmon with teriyaki sauce, Salad and shrimp pasta. Couldn't finish it and they boxed it back up. They only do cash or cashapp tips, you can't add to your credit card but that didn't stop me from tipping for the excellent service. This is a must try if you are in the area. Check out their other services as well.

    I received the beauty cream mosterizer that was obviously not filled completely. The jar is about 1/4 full and the temp or liqufying of the product has nothing to do with the fact that it was never filled to the top. The say its on the website that the product may appear less. The jar shouldn't appear completely empty upon delivery and unsealed. Liqufying doesn't mean the product evaporates or dissappears. When I finally got a response from the owner Melissa , she said I was basically lying. Really??? Looking at the reviews a lot of people had the same issue and as a business owner you would want to make it right. Its obvious she doesn't care because she continues to sell 4oz jars with 2oz product inside.

    Came here for a friend to get a few beauty items. Beautifully decorated, it smells amazing! Fragrance of camomile and lavender fills the air. The owner and staff were very knowledgeable on products and services. Wax, facial and soap making classes also available.

    This has to be the most unprofessional, rude, ghetto woman on earth. Mad I have to give her one star. My mother's product arrived half empty with the consistency of vaseline. My sister and I both inquired yet she ignored my sister and told me it was standard that her products come half empty (sarcasm). She has plenty of negative feedback so this is not a surprise to her. Never offered to rectify the situation just ignored me. Don't shop with this classless business owner; she won't make it long at all

    Good products, but the communication and shipping are piss poor. I've ordered from this business several times and dealt with the same thing. No response to emails, just excuse after excuse. Support small businesses, and when you do, it's ignorant responses. I emailed 3 times regarding an order placed on 7/19. After no responses via email, I sent the owner a DM, "Good morning, I'm well aware that you're running a small business and I've made several purchases from you in the past, and I've dealt with the same issue of shipping and communication. I've emailed 3 times regarding my order. I ordered two items on 7/19, I received two emails via PayPal stating the item was shipped on 8/2, the item actually wasn't shipped until 8/10." Although I enjoy the products, the shipping and communication needs extreme improvement. Response: "Simply CALL THE OFFICE!!!" But in the past I've emailed regarding my order and I was told to email, now today, it's call the office! All it would've took was: sorry for the delay, we're having some shipping or stock issues, I apologize. Communication is key...whether I paid you 0.99 cents for a product, proper service must be rendered.

    I am very displeased with the lack of professionalism. I won't post messages, for the sake of having respect and hopes this young business owner will learn from this situation. First time buyer, I partook in the special in October. Prior to, I called and lvm, never received a call back. So, I follow her page on social media, and saw there was a discount code in October. Being my first time ordering, I purchased 2 soaps and beauty cream/Shea butter. Upon arrival, I opened packages and noticed my Shea butter was missing a half lol. I immediately took a picture and video. I called and called, left voice mails, and emails. After over a week of no response, I DM'd on social media Instagram. I began the message apologizing for bringing a business concern via social media, then explained my situation/concern regarding the arrival of my beauty cream. Melissa responded with, please address all business concerns to the email on the site, (she provided the email) I explained that I've called, left voicemails, and emails, and over a week zero communication in return. I provided my email address so she could know which email to look for. Melissa responded explaining she hasn't seen my email and gave me her personal number to contact me on because she's hate to lose a new customer. I was well pleased with her response and knew we would come to a resolution! I sent her a photo to the phone number she provided. Asking if this portion was normal, (picture on the right) Melissa responded, "Yes, it definitely melted and solidified.I am sorry about that." I simply responded with okay thanks. I made it clear to Melissa from the beginning, of my portion received was normal, I'm totally fine with it. I told her thanks again, I'm excited to try new product, and left it at that. A month later, I see Melissa post on social media, the very cream I ordered completely filled to the top. (Photo on left) I was TOTALLY shocked at how full it was. I posted a question asking if the cream would come full like this on arrival. Melissa replied to my comment explaining "yes if it doesn't melt. It shouldn't since it's no longer summer." I immediately compared the photos. The cream I received and the cream posted. Regardless if my cream has melted, it should NEVER arrive half full like mine did. I sent Melissa a text to the number she provided me... "Great Morning! I'm the individual who asked the question on your IG yesterday regarding the arrival of this cream. I think we can both agree whether this cream gets melted or not, mine was not filled properly. I'm not looking for free product, nor cause any confusion, the issue is I asked was this normal and you said yes. Based on the photo you are advertising, this is not! This is filled, mine was not. I hope moving forward with other clients this won't be an issue! I pray success over your business. Have a blessed day Queen! " Melissa responds stating and admitting there is a difference, and directed me to the companies email address. I responded explaining, "No need! I tried that, weeks went by and no response. Hence why you gave me your personal number. I sent photos to you, and you told me that was normal which is not normal. I was okay when you told me my portion was normal. Once I saw photo you posted, I knew that was false. Blessings!" Melissa responded asking that I remove her phone number. I WILL not support ANY business who handles their clients in such a way. Initially stated my cream arrived normal, then later admitting there was a difference. SMH. All could have been resolved had she simply re sent the cream I ordered from the beginning. I can't begin to express how unprofessional this individual is. I hope this was just a bad day for her, however based on both encounters and previous reviews from other clients, I can only pray Melissa learns from this situation because she has potential! Until professional is up to par, and my situation is made right, I will not support nor purchase from Queendom Aesthetics. I truly hope this is a lesson learned! Blessings‼ ***Since review, I have been blocked which proves lack of maturity and professionalism. It's a cowardly move to block, rather reach out and fix the issue*** Sad‼

They offered to let us try some scents on to see how it changed with our skin chemistry. After smelling for a long time, I picked up 3 scents: heliotrope (very warm vanilla), carnaval (fresh, spring), and mirage (honestly have no clue how to describe this, just that it smells delicious). I also looked up their website to see if I would be able to reorder and it seems that select scents are available, so it is definitely worth a trip in-person to smell all of their inventory!! Price wise, these are very affordable at $33/2 oz. of eau de toilette and $45(?)/2 oz. for the parfum. I would love to continue supporting this business for their stellar service and unique scents, not to mention the history of the company is cool.

The first time I came in, I was the only one in the shop and the experience was personalized. Honestly, I didn't like the majority of scents I tried, but I didn't give up and discovered Heliotrope. It's one of the best vanilla scents I've tried. I purchased the perfume and it's become one of my favorite layering scents. This time, the shop was packed, but I made my way around and tested out the fragrance oils. At first, I was unable to locate Heliotrope and a sales associate offered to make some for me. I absolutely love this oil! The scent is quite strong and long lasting. It's very moisturizing as well. Hove will always be a go to when I'm in the city of New Orleans.

The gondola I was looking at was not organized in accordance to Shade & tester. I said no I don't need help it's just a little messy, but I can mange. I COMPLETELY understand not all Sephoras can be tidy at all times. But I TRULLY could manage and wanted no help. It seemed as though me saying it was "messy" triggered him and took it personal. Even though I I didn't mind nor wanted his help. He actually then steps in attempting to help me on what I was looking for in a certain shade range and he was trying to guide me for the medium darker tones, when it was NOT what I was looking for . He then proceeded to give me unsolicited advice on make up when he doesn't even know who I am nor that's Ive be in the Makeup industry for over 15yr working in Los Angeles. The store was clean.
