After eating at the Queens Arms i felt cheated out of what could only be described as an extortionate price for my meal. I ordered what I believed to be a garlic parmo, however there was no garlic on it what so ever. The chips were served in a seperate bowl along with a very poor excuse for a shop-bought salad, the reasoning behind this I can only begin to imagine!
The food I had was quite good though in comparison to what my friend ordered, the Lamb shank! It was served swimming in a very artificaial-tasting gravy that had began to seperate and as for the meat itself well that resembles a lamb shank only by resemblance, certainly not taste!
The pub itself looks cosy and pleasant, by the mistakes made from either the waiting staff or the chef on top of excessive witing times made the exprience really not worth the while. read more
