This community centre has a lot going on. The users of the space are predominantly from an ethnic background, ranging from street youths using the internet to old ladies having a prayer meeting. There are many different classes such as cooking, singing and knitting. My usage is strictly confined to the gym. Well I call it a gym, but it is really a shoe box with some equipment in. Although I am sounding negative it has a running machine, quad and hamstring curl machines, a pectoral press, work stations and dumbells to give you a fair all body workout. Best of all the service is free which makes QCCA a darn good find. read more

The association has three separate centres that all have an array of fantastic programs that range from all sorts of free sources for all Camden resident of any age! Becoming a member can get you free access to a gym! With specialized exercise classes that specifically target woman to an Older Peoples Chair Based Exercise class, QCCA's gym has many opportuntities to become fit and do so with NO COST TO YOU!! If you are looking to hold an event, they have large to medium sized halls that you can rent for a reasonable price. And, they also just remodeled their nursery and playground that provides a nursery service for working parents! Their three locations include: Queen's Crescent Community Centre, Fleet Community Centre and Maitland Park Sports Centre and social networks in all for Youth and the Elderly that each have their individual programs and events throughout the year!! I definitely recommend the center to anybody that is in the Camden area, because it is definitely a wonderful facility and resource that is provided to the Camden area resident! read more
