I had stopped going to Klinkes years ago after they ruined several of my shirts. However, back then they did reimburse me for the ruined shirts. After several other local laundry and dry cleaners in town when out of business, I thought I'd give Klinkes another shot. Well, they ruined 3 out of 4 of my shirts. The manager agreed that the shirts were ruined. Burn marks on one, a hole and a run in another and all the buttons broken on another. I was told by the manager that the buttons would be replaced on the one with the broken buttons and I'd be reimbursed for the others. Nope - replaced the buttons with clown sized buttons on the one shirt and they just repressed the one with the burn marks and the one with the run and hole in it. The manager agreed this wasn't acceptable, but said that's what corporate wanted to do. These were not cheap shirts. I total around $200 in shirts. Will I be back? Nope - While I prefer to patronize local places and companies, I'm all done with this company.
