Be that as it may, I have been to a few cigar shops with my fiance, and Badger's Cigar Den is a one of a kind experience. Every person who walks through their doors, be it a regular customer or a newbie, is greeted in the same friendly, helpful manner. Nate will help you pick out the perfect cigar, whether you're a first time cigar smoker or a cigar aficionado. The atmosphere is laid back and intimate. You may choose to sit up front at the counter (check out the leg lamp, it's hilarious), or lounge in the back of the shop in one of the comfortable chairs, sipping coffee, smoking a good cigar, chatting, and watching TV. We live about an hour from the shop, but my fiance will visit at least once a week. He enjoys the customized pipe tobacco blends that Nate prepares, as well as the selection of boutique cigars that you can't find at many shops.

I went in for a specific vapor pen, and the sales manager down sold me to a better model - which I very pleased with. It hits like a mac truck. Also, for $2.00 I was able to try 35 of the 75 juice flavors that they offer. By doing the "taste" test -- you also get to try different rigs and pens before purchasing. The guy working that day gave me hands down the best customer service I have received in a vape shop. Offered some great suggestions!! A huge plus is their solid selection of products. From their glass, to pipes, to pens - their price ranges start at $19 - and go all the way up to $300. I ended up paying $40 for my pen -- in other stores that same setup would have been $69.00. And I love it so far. They have a large selection! These guys are top notch. The place is clean and the salespeople are very attentive and extremely well informed. If you are just getting started, this is the place to go to get your vape on! Tons of options for rigs, juices and pens. Cool laid back environment, even the customers were friendly. There is a small area where a few people were vaping. I've only been there twice -- both times these guys have been on point. They also have another location in Saratoga - same owner and the salespeople work both places. Other smoke shops around don't have as large of a selection backed by such quality and warranty. I was pleasantly surprised by it, and I've been buying these types of products long enough to know their inventory is legit. My only gripe would be that after asking us if we were first time customers and then explaining that because we were, they needed to scan our IDs into the system, no one explained the process of making a purchase there. It's different than any other dispensary I've been to so I was kind of lost until I watched other people and realized you have to use the tablets they have around the store to find the items you want and then place a pickup order. I chose to pay at the time of pickup using my debit card. That was a strange process as well. Supposedly (I haven't looked into it) their credit card machines work like an ATM. ATMs charge a fee, theirs is $3.00. Ok, swipe the card and they give you cash. Why are they giving me cash? The "ATM" rounds up your purchase. Why does it do that? Don't know and I don't think they did either. You'd think it would be rounded to the nearest $20 since ATMs only dispense 20's but my total was rounded up to $98 and I was given $4 and change back. My gfs total was rounded up to $28. Maybe the 8 was a coincidence. It's just an odd way to take payments with all of the options available. Next time I'm ordering online and paying before I show up. I may as well have paid $98 because I ended up with $4 in my wallet that's just sitting there. Anyway, point is that they should really explain to new customers how everything works because once you are in you are on your own. No one came around to help, and after we were there figuring out the process on our own, and then deciding what we wanted for 20-30 mins, then standing in front of the counter for another 15 mins waiting to be called we were finally asked if we were there for a pickup.
