This laundromat, plus wash-and-fold did exceptional work from start to finish! They picked up my loads in a timely manner, and brought them back just as quickly. Everything was folded beautifully, but what pleased me the most was how my garments and other washables were separated according to category - like a bag for tops, a bag for pants, a bag for sheets etc., Sarah, Nicole and Gary are also very friendly and helpful. I asked if it would look the exact same after cleaning, I was advised it would ofcourse. I get my coat back and it looks flat and feathers looks like they are missing in certain sections of the coat. Literally when I put the coat on I look like a hunch back as feathers were bunched on upper back and missing from mid back. They take it back after I complain and give it back to me in the same shape. Naresh the owner looks the coat over and tells me nothing is wrong with the coat and it's suppose to look like that after a wash. The feathers flatten out. Tells me he won't do anything and no compensation will be discussion. He cuts me off, doesn't let me talk and insists nothing is wrong with the coat even though clearly by the look alone you can tell it's ruined. This individual is completely unreasonable. I could even show pictures of this coat showing its state for anyone thinking of coming here. Will be Pursuing the matter with bbb as well as other avenues based on how I've been dealt with. Btw this coat was $950 with tax and only 1 year old and never cleaned before this so I know it was in perfect shape prior. Stay far away from this place and this chain as naresh is a con man.

On top of all brand new washers and dryers, we have a brand new comfortable seating area with tables in between each seat, as well as 6 brand new stainless steel folding tables and laundry carts. All of our machines take quarters, loonies and toonies, and if you have bills only, we have a change machine fully functioning and ready to go as well for you. As a Senior who has downsized, I sometimes find my laundry piles up and is overwhelming to do in the Apartment Laundry. Also, if I am not feeling well, I know I can trust Suds Burlington to pick up and return my clean laundry right to my door! No heavy lifting for me. She patiently showed me how to use the coin-operated machines and even loaned me a mesh laundry bag big enough to fit my king-size comforter to keep it safe during the dry cycle. At only seven dollars for a 27-minute XL wash cycle and two dollars for a 25-minute Large dry cycle, the prices are incredibly affordable. I was delighted to be able to use my preferred detergent and Oxiclean for my very sensitive skin. As a young, petite female, I felt completely safe at Suds Laundry. Catherine was always available to provide assistance or advice, and the front and back doors were continuously left open. The laundromat is located in a nice area, and there are stores nearby to get snacks while you wait. Suds Laundry's clientele who visited were friendly and welcoming. Before my visit, I spoke with the owner over the phone, and he kindly explained everything and answered all of my questions. Suds Laundry is a family-owned business, and I highly recommend supporting them. My experience was excellent, and I would definitely use Suds Laundry again. One of the things that impressed me the most was Catherine's attention to detail. She even offered me a clean plastic bag to put my dried comforter in, free of charge, when I realized I forgot mine at home.
