Maybe the most incompetent and poorly administered medical office I have ever dealt with. It is understaffed with now processes put in place to manage the overflow. This laboratory is horrible! Between the telephone and the computer I spent nearly an hour trying to schedule an appointment. The bloody, idiotic robot could not get anything straight. I did everything it told me to do and it consistently was unable to get things straight. I must have spelled my name more than a dozen times both using the simple alphabet then the phonetic alphabet. Not once was it able to recognize what I was saying. It kept going in circles. Finally, I gave up and went to the website. I had the same problem here. I would click on "make an appointment" and from there I was going around in circles again, only this time on a computer screen instead of a telephone. I finally just gave up. If their medical expertise is anywhere near the same as their appointment scheduling ability STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM QUEST AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN! You just might save your own life. read more

i have been going to quest in colchester for several years and have not had any problems. all the techs have been cordial and professional. one small issue i have is that the check- in kiosk often has the slot missing that you are supposed to put your licence in for id. read more
