What a waste of time. Walk in and use the kiosk, which prompts me a 77 minute wait time. Thankfully I'm presented an option that they'll text me when I'm ready so no big deal. Complete mistake. Come back 77 minutes later after receiving no texts and decide to choose the other option on the kiosk, which is that I am currently in the waiting room and don't need a text. After clicking that it lets me know I have a 37 minute wait time. So aggravating. All this just to pee in a cup, wow. read more

The man that works there I think his name is Edgar, should not be working in any kind of medical field. He was basically falling asleep while trying to put my paperwork into the computer. He couldn't even answer my questions and kept jumbling over all his words. I'm seriously concerned that he's under the influence. I was uncomfortable and asked for someone else to take my blood, and a very nice blonde lady I think was the manager took care of me. Made an appointment online and got the confirmation code, which then didn't pull up any appointment records. Did everything right just to find out they were closed! And they never cancelled my appointment or said anything. I called 7 times and couldn't get through to a human to confirm if I had an appointment or not. Go elsewhere! read more

All reviews here are accurate. Do not go there. Had the worst experience just trying to drop off a sample for testing this morning. I didn't get labels for the samples so I asked for them when I went there and the woman rolled her eyes at me and asked me why I did not follow directions? This wasn't even the same woman who gave me the kit so I don't know why she's talking to me like that. She rolled her eyes at me and was continuously talking down to me like I did something wrong. How hard is it to make new labels? Or just give me new labels to write on. When she collected payment she said it again, " the instructions you were given were very clear" I lost my temper and told her she was being so rude when I was just trying to explain the situation. Just go back to the hospital if you need testing this facility is HORRIBLE. Horrible temperament for employees in the medical field. Update: The test came back as "results canceled by the ancillary" so I'll have to do this all over again. Negligence is the only word to describe this. I should not have to pay for this. Also Quest seems to write the same response to every review but clearly nothing actionable is being done about it. read more

I had to get my blood taken, and usually the phlebotomists are thoughtful about how you're doing, make a little small talk, and at the very least check in if anything is uncomfortable or unpleasant. The woman who took my blood was curt and unfriendly, sounding irritated with me that I didn't know to make a fist and when not to. She was speaking to another woman during the process, which made me uncomfortable considering I wanted to speak to her. I left with a very sore arm, which happens rarely, and feeling unhappy. The only thing that was good was that it was a short wait time, but that might have only been because I checked in online. read more

Really below zero!!!My daughter, 24 just had several vials of blood taken. She was not told to sit for a few minutes after, no juice or crackers were given. She ended up passed out in the lobby and paramedics/fire department helped her. She's ok but this should not have happened. After someone fasts for 12 hours electrolytes should have been replaced. This is so upsetting-horrific patient care. This site needs to make changes before this happens again. read more

Framinham facility review. if i could put -10 i would do so. the worst facility I have ever been to. orders do not go theough to them neither via emai nor via fax. I came here twice and they did not take me. I sent them the order from my doctor myself and still she didn't see. I waited for 1.5h hoping it will finelly get through (4th attempt), but they didn't get it so I was not able to do the test I needed. now I have to wait for 1 more months since the test was supposed to be done exactly at this date of the cycle. Better use your hospital lab, never use this terrible place. read more

The people at the lab are great. Helpful, friendly, and excellent at their jobs - never hurts! The people in customer service and the automated runaround you get trying to get support is awful. Rude, abrupt, do not listen. Too bad that the people in person at the lab have to be on the receiving end of such an awful corporate environment. I feel for them. All reviews here are trending and I wish I had read them before going to this lab, unfortunately twice within a week. TLDR: go to another lab. Worst blood lab with unprofessional staff, no customer service, and uncertain handling of the lab samples. Expect to have a 30 minute+ wait and blood draw time even if you have an appointment. This location does not answer patient phone calls so you cannot confirm if they have received your lab order fax (ask your doctor's office to confirm instead, they do pick up provider calls). I am from out of state and the rude manner in which the phlebotomist handled my intake was unbelievable. She could have simply asked or looked carefully at my driver's license to understand why my Dr. is not showing up in the system. I went to another site earlier in the week in another part of Mass and they immediately caught that I'm from another state, giving me no hassle whatsoever. The phlebotomist dropped (not placed) my sample in the basket in front of me, which is problematic because shaken up blood samples can provide inaccurate results. Learn to do your job or hire more staff. This is a national company so all employees should be able to handle out of state cases, or just learn to be decent and not panic/blame patient because "you can't read the fax number." Very unprofessional, creating a frenetic environment, and all around poor service. Please do yourself a favor and find another lab, even if its a bit further away from Framingham. read more

I've had testing several times at the Quest lab in Chula Vista on Kuhn Drive. The staff has been extremely competent and friendly. Yesterday Angelica went the extra mile by calling my doctor for me to ask to add another test I wanted, and helped me confirm my insurance coverage. I'm very happy with this lab. read more

I had to go get a special test through quest diagnostics, or I would not have come. They don't let you schedule an appointment online, they had only taking walk-ins I tried calling ahead to schedule an appointment. The phone number they had to call was no help. So I had to go in as a walk-in, I drove 40 to get to the quest diagnostics location. Come to find out the walk-in is to schedule an appointment for the test that you need. The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and would not hear me out, and talked over me when I tried to talk. The service here is awful, don't come if you don't absolutely need to. There's a serious reason this place has 1.5 stars. One woman in particular is an absolute animal and treats people like garbage. She told me she wouldn't open up the office because she was on lunch break (she even had a sign on the window saying not to knock on the window) so I told her I would patiently wait and she said she wouldn't take anyone else for the day while rolling her eyes even though there was no one there. As I walked out I told a guy that was walking in that he would just get the same response and he went in anyway and he got yelled at as well. He came out and told me what a piece of work she is and I could not agree more. It's the woman who's older with black hair and long fake eyelashes and fake nails. She doesn't care about doing her job or keeping the office open during office hours. Once I started calling corporate to complain after going back into the office to question her attitude and ask her why she slammed the door in my face, she magically had an appointment open for me! She clearly was just keeping the office closed because she didn't want to do her job. Even though she had an open appointment I didn't feel safe going back to her with her attitude knowing that she would be shoving needles in my arm. Luckily there was another woman there to do it by that time. Because of this nightmare I ended up missing my taxi, having to wait at a Dunkin' Donuts for 2 1/2 hours, and missing a major delivery that I had to sign for. Yesterday I sat around for my package and it never showed up which means I now have to wait at least two more days all because this one woman decided to mess up my Friday's schedule with her nasty attitude. I have never once been to that location where she wasn't completely disgusting towards people. She needs to be let go. I absolutely despise the fact that I'm forced to go to Quest and face this terrible woman. read more

It's my second time using this Quest Diagnostic in Framingham. Terrible service. Poor time management and no sense of urgency. I make an appointment every time and when I arrive there is no one else waiting, but I still always have to sit and wait another 30-45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Why?! Also the Receptionist/nurse isn't friendly or nice but rather rude. Will avoid using this location again and rather drive extra miles to try a farther location. read more

This is one of the worst service places I have ever been to. I walk in and already had a negative atmosphere. There were two women in the place and they were extremely rude and not willing to be helpful whatsoever. I came in for a simple blood draw. I explained to the women that it was paid for by my doctor and she scoffed and sternly said that I just pay out of pocket today or I am not doing it. I had the correct papers for her. She did read them and told me that I have to pay out of pocket. Not to mention she showed option on the fact I did not have insurance. Overall an absolute terrible experience. The most unprofessional "specimen collectors", and people in general, that I've ever come across! They don't follow protocol at all! I am on prescription medication and had to take a drug screen for work. Common sense would tell you to submit the prescriptions with the sample so they can cross check if the drug test comes back dirty for something. They flat out REFUSED and said "that's none of my business!" Ummmm....it kinda is since you're drug testing me and I'm on legal prescriptions. If I lose my job because it was "none of your business", it will be business in court! Even customer service (I called them while I was there when they refused to take my scripts or even write down the name of my meds) states that they were supposed to take my scripts. There was two people working, an Indian lady who I could not understand, and a white lady who wouldn't even look at me! I ended up having to put in a grievance with their customer service team. Unbelievable. My suggestion would be to go somewhere else. read more

Posting again for my fiance since his negative review got deleted off Google and everyone should know to avoid this location. Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Act like its a hassle to do their job. He arrived and was told he needed a form signed by him and the doc because it was genetic testing. He nor I were aware of that. (I got the same test done a week before at another quest and they did not ask for that) Then a minute later proceeded to tell him he was fine and could get the labs done. Once inside, the staff mentioned they should post a "No questions" sign up front for the patients. As a Registered Nurse I think other healthcare professionals should be held to a certain standard. The two ladies working here are EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful for no reason. I went two days in a row after making appointments to get a drug screen done for my new job and ended up driving all the way to Brookline in the end. They do not have clearly posted hours and are very unpleasant when they have to relay any information to you. Their bathroom broke down the second day I was there. Both days I sat waiting for about 30 min while they both completely ignored my name on the sign in sheet and my general presence, only to find out I could not get my test done. I have been three times and never waited less than 40 minutes. Today I waited for AN HOUR AND THIRTY FIVE MINUTES. Ain't nobody got time for that. There was one person on staff and she was very stressed and short with everyone. I half understood b/c it's not her fault she's the only one on staff and it's clearly waaayy too busy of a place to ever have only one person on. But the other half is like, come on, this is already a terrible experience for the customers... don't make it worse with a bad attitude. I could not believe how rude and condescending the lady giving the drug test was. She was so busy doing her work with her head down that I could not understand her. When she did give instructions she talked so fast I could not understand her. When i asked her to repeat it she scolded me for not listening and said she is making note of it.
