When my mother-in-law asked for help with the check-in process, the Chinese-speaking employee told her to do it herself. If she were able to do it on her own, she would not have asked for help in the first place. The same employee later assisted her with lab work and rudely asked why she was not following directions. My mother-in-law could not hear the instructions clearly because the employee was shouting at her instead of calmly and patiently helping her. If your parents or elderly relatives come here and experience the same rude treatment from this facility, please report it to Labcorp and file a complaint. Got invited into a room. The technician took the samples. Minimal discomfort. She was a PRO! Done and out the door in less than 10 minutes! I got a ticket when I arrived, the ticket I got have 7 numbers ahead of me meaning it would be awhile before I can check in. I was not even able to check in after my appointment time has passed! They didn't move a single ticket number for 15 mins. Later I heard ppl with appt does not have to get a ticket, they should have clear instruction of that. Because the first thing you see when u walk in is a ticket machine telling you to get ticket, no where it mentioned ppl with appointment does not need ticket other than just waiting in line.
