Everything was great. The RV was clean when we picked it up. They were very helpful and it was so easy to get support if we needed. The only thing that wasn't ideal was there were ants in the passenger door jam. The cleaning crew wouldn't have known to clean there. Don't trust these people with your RV, they won't take care of it. We trusted them with our brand new Thor Sprinter Citation while we were stationed overseas, so they knew we wouldn't be in the area to check on it. After five years as a rental I was expecting signs of normal wear and tear but what I found was much worse. In addition to the normal wear and tear, the subfloor was obviously and completely destroyed. But even worse, the entire skylight unit is missing. This was a gorgeous skylight with an insect screen as well as day and night shades. All gone; and in its place there's a piece of plastic. I'm dumbfounded and heartbroken. We never should have trusted them with such an expensive piece of equipment. Response to Quest's comment: yes, our RV was three years old when we put it into your fleet...and it had *less than 6,000 miles* on it. It was never stored out in the weather by us, and the skylight was clearly fine when our vehicle entered your fleet. Why, while in your care, was the skylight allowed to dry rot and crack from weather exposure to the point that it couldn't be repaired, and/or further damage prevented? And the floor...I'm guessing that wasn't noticed until our warranty ran out? Damage that severe, unnoticed for so long? If it was, indeed, the manufacturer's fault for not putting enough supports under the subfloor, it should have been apparent much sooner. But it takes a lot of time and effort to have warranty repairs made, right? Something you promised you'd take care of. Lastly, Mark did not decline the replacement and opt for the "repair" that was completed. It was never addressed, and he noticed the skylight was gone only when he was halfway home between Dallas and Colorado (his very costly mistake). Our loss, your gain. The point of my review is only to provide our experience so people can decide for themselves whether they want to entrust their very expensive, valuable RV equipment into your care. read more

Philip provided an exceptional level of service from beginning to end. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the systems unique to the vehicle and provided assurances to ease all of our hesitations. The RV was impeccably maintained and cleaned and the air condition was cold enough to hang meat in the rear. The driver seat lacked lumbar support but that was probably due to extending stints of driving beyond 150 minutes at a time. Upon return, they were congenial to us and even took time to let us tour other options for next year's trip even though they had a full skate of vehicles to prepare for their next adventure. I have no concern about sharing this company as one of the elite RV companies when someone is asking for a recommendation. read more

We originally set up a specific pick up and return time, which was confirmed on our receipt. The weekend prior to our rental Robyn informed us that we have to have the rental returned earlier than we were initially told and had documented due to their mistake of double-booking; this threw a curve ball into our planning until we spoke with Sandy who assured us that the confirmed rental time was okay. My husband did the initial walk around to check for damages and documented with pictures. However, he did not pay particular attention to the interior of the rental. Upon first glance it appeared clean, but after we settled and extended the pop outs, we could see the filth that was left behind, including the following: 1) The countertop and tabletop needed to be wiped down as it had a layer black film, or dust, on it, 2) THERE WAS FOOD STUCK IN THE SINK DRAINS 3) the floor by the driver and passenger seats was full of dust and debris so that clearly hadn't been vacuumed and 4) there was hair (human and dog), trash, and dust bunnies behind the sliding doors in the bedroom, it almost looked intentionally swept behind them. Our other issues stem from the general upkeep of the rental, including the following: 1) the interior TV did not work. It would turn on, but no remotes worked (we even replaced the batteries after checking them and seeing that battery acid had leaked out), and not even the buttons on the side of the TV would work. We had to unplug it to even turn it off, 2) the trim cap on the doors, or anything around the wood, kept popping off, 3) if you plan to rent in the summertime, make sure that you get a rental with TWO AC units. Our rental had one unit in the living space and the air vents placed around the unit put out hardly any airflow; it was so uncomfortably warm in the bedroom that we slept in the living space for the first night and had to buy box fans to draw even some air back there for the rest of our trip. A couple days after our trip ended and the rental was returned, we received an invoice for damages to the exterior body of the rental. We have zero clue what caused the damage to the rental, but we confirmed from our photos taken prior to starting our trip that it did indeed happen during our rental period, so we of course want to make this right. But, they want to charge us 600$ for 2 rock chips that were already there, and a bent piece of trim around the stairs that they probably won't fix (They pointed out damage that was already done that other reviewers talked about and had not been repaired.) It feels like at this point they are trying to nickel and dime us for extra cash. Bottom line, find a different rental company; one that takes care of their rentals properly and communicates thoroughly. read more

I bought a used rental travel trailer from Quest . It was a great experence. Waited 4 months for the unit to come in off extended rental. The unit was cleaned service and sold to me looking like new. They also take care of the rental units the same way. Thanks Rich and your crew for a great RV. read more

Rental was very dirty the floors were absolutely black and sticky had to wear shoes the whole time and they kept getting stuck to the floor. RV needed a lot of service nosies kept coming out water sputters from the RR. Got scratched on our trip and they took the whole $2000 deposit and then some remotes don't work and table fell ( almost on my kids) and smashed my sons Apple Watch. Upon returning they said they needed to charge me a pet fee for the smell even though I don't own any animals and didn't bring one on the trip. I will say it was a quick and easy rental responsive by email not by after hours help. read more

We rented a class C RV for a short weekend vacation with our kids. The RV was super clean, very well taken care of. The office staff was incredibly helpful when I needed help on getting the insurance. Very responsive and they followed up to make sure I got what I needed. I highly recommend them. The other RV's on the lot were all very nice. I toured several of them. We will be going back to them for our next RV trip for sure. read more
