The trainer, Abigail Mills, did arrive for her first appointment. I gave her a star for that. She…read morethen scheduled the second appointment. I verified that it was after a holiday and made sure she was available which she assured me she was. I set the appointment and paid her for her services. On the day of the second appointment she messaged me, (she did not call) and told me she had her nieces in town and would like to play with them, and could we reschedule. I let her know that I was disappointed in her lack of follow through, and set another appointment a week later. The following week, on the day of the appointment she again messaged me and told me that she was sick to her stomach and would not be able to attend her scheduled session. I was beyond frustrated. She understood and was courteous. She offered to return my money, which I accepted. I have no idea if this is a common situation for her, or if it is common, but this was my experience and I would not recommend her, mostly because she chose play with her family over her commitments, and then she had the very bad luck of being ill.

She gave the other reviewer the two excuses about having to reschedule because she was in a mental health down-spiral and embarrassed how she had handled her loneliness by purchasing more and more dogs. She is a very nice woman, just a woman with mental illness. I don't want people to bad mouth her. That being said, here is the story that was behind her struggle: Sarah Mills was arrested due to animal cruelty. She had 19 dogs living with her in deplorable and uninhabitable conditions. Cops were unable to go in the house due to the smell without gas masks on. Some cops vomited as soon as they opened the door! The whole floor was littered and full of feces and urine. Dogs were in cages, slightly malnourished and some in too small cages leading to deformities. She called 911 when her mental illness got so bad that she was suicidal. She was admitted to the hospital. The cops weren't even able to go in the ambulance when she was sitting in it due to how bad she smelled. This business clearly has been shut done by her. She is emotionally unwell by her own admission and is getting medical care and has served her time.

Hillary was very professional and courteous, she came over and met with us and went over the necessary steps of taking care of our pet. While we were gone she texted us every day to let us know how things were going. She even offered to open and close blinds, turn lights on and off to make it look like someone is home. All in all we were very pleased with the care given to our pet and to our home and privacy. Highly recommend them, we would definitely use them again when the need arises!!

They charged us from the time we dropped off and gave a discount of the 24 hours because we came back before 24 hours. My dog wanted to go in right away and we were told he did well. Our dog appeared very happy there. It was off season at Zion and my dog is very easygoing.

I felt so comfortable boarding our Yorkie for what I thought was gonna be a quick hike into the Narrows and Zion National Park. It turned into 6hrs of pet daycare. Totally affordable and professional. Definitely recommend. We will use them again. A+.
