Quiche Lorraine, Flammiche, and the duck one
    Izzy L.

Been wanting to come here forever and this place did not miss a beat! It smells amazing inside and was adorable. I could easily post up and spend all morning there! Their pastries are all French and there is a wealth to choose from. I got a Zesty Roll to go - chocolate, orange, cinnamon with cream cheese frosting dollop. Perfect ratio of not-overly-sweet, flaky pastry to frosting. I ordered the Quiche Flammiche (Caramelized Leeks!) and was in HEAVEN. I don't think I've ever had a leek before tbh. This was so scrumptious and light and the CRUST and ughhhhhh I daydream abt quiche. My matcha was unsweetened and very strong so I would recommend 2 pumps of your fave syrup if you want just a touch of sweet. My mom got the Quiche Lorraine - classic and chefs kiss. My brother got the Duck Confit with mushrooms- he loved it and I'll take his word for it! The baristas were incredibly sweet and the energy inside felt very positive and high frequency! As I former barista girly, I love to see when other baristas are actually enjoying their time behind the bar! I will absolutely be back, thanks Q&P!

Quiche me if you can! This has been on my Yelp list for a while. My husband and I finally got a chance to try it! Walking in, you get Paris vibes and the first thing you see is the assortment of quiches! My eye was on the Southwest! My husband got the Malmaison. My slice came with pork and hatch chili. Sadly, not much pork and the chili wasn't spicy. Good flavors though! I took a bite of the Malmaison and that was my favorite! We also shared a pistachio latte and croissant. Both delicious I'd come back to try another slice. Service was great! It takes about 8-12 minutes to heat up the pie if you decide to eat inside.

Arrived on a Thursday morning at 9AM, it got pretty busy after that. It's got a cute French cafe vibe going on inside. Seating is limited to couples and foursomes. They serve an assortment of quiches, baked goods, and drinks. They've got some arts and crafts for sale too. Plenty of parking in the lot. The Southwest quiche was my first pick, but also my wife's xD So I went with the Malmaison quiche instead. I actually liked it better, it had great flavors! The Southwest quiche was ok. I did like my wife's pistachio latte, it had a hint of pistachio and it wasn't too sweet. Overall, good food and ambiance! I wasn't fond of the disposable utensils though.

On May 30, 2026, I visited your store and noticed that two ladies were working that day. They appeared quite busy, so I took a seat at the bar, which had two chairs. I expected that one of them would eventually greet me and take my order once they had a moment to spare. Unfortunately, they did not acknowledge me or come over to assist. After waiting for a few more minutes without any service, I decided to leave. The contrast in service was significant compared to JL Patisserie, where I am promptly greeted and served, even when they are busy. This was my first visit to Quiches & Pies, and I believe it will also be my last. I will be looking for another restaurant to satisfy my pie cravings.

Chorizo quiche, it's like a chorizo burrito filling in a wonderful French interpretation! Enjoy !

What an awesome find in an undercover location. If you see taxes and Chinese food at the strip mall this cute establishment finds itself in, then you are closer than you think to finding it! The quiches are amazing and show lots of love and choice ingredients in their execution. A variety of pastries are available. I tried the chocolate croissant and it was delicious. The service is friendly and fast. They are so sweet here the write warm up instructions on every quiche the sell. Great coffee and tea. Some awesome quiche, a bagged Ceasar Salad and some prosecco at home makes for a great brunch for your special someone. Add some fresh fruit. Buy some mango peach orange juice to add to your champagne or Prosecco and you can impress someone with a flight of Sippys! On any given Sunday it's a great plan ! Thank you Q & P for doing all you do and sharing it with the world.

I am so impressed and cannot wait to come back here! I have always loved Cuisine and Wine Bistro and wanted to check out Quiches and Pies. I finally made it in and had an amazing experience. It was busy, but the line moved quickly. The inside was cozy and had a beautiful case of quiches and pastries. I have not tried my quiche yet, but I had the pain aux pistachio and pain aux chocolate. Both were absolutely delicious. The pistachio was fresh and had a beautiful spiral. The coffee was great there too. My vanilla latte had the perfect ratio of coffee to syrup. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is a must try!

4/8/26: Oh, I'll definitely return to Q&P. I met a friend here for breakfast this particular Wednesday and we both enjoyed the food & drinks. The young gal behind the counter was very friendly and was busting her ass with triple duty: taking orders, bussing tables, delivering food. There's a fair selection of quiches to choose from, I think about six varieties, and a pretty hefty selection of delectable pastries. Caution: the eating area is a bit small (maybe fits about a dozen people). That said, do not be surprised or upset if you have to take your order to go. The parking could potentially be a bit tight, too, since it's not a very large lot. Regardless, don't let that stop you from hitting up Q&P for some tasty food. It's worth it.

An easy 5 stars! Stopped in on a Sunday morning to try out some quiche and pastry. Luckily we arrived at a good time and were able to snag a table no problem but it got busy shortly after. The spot is cozy and welcoming and the pastry case is alluring. We tried the tropezienne and caramel pecan roll to start and both were incredible. We also ordered iced lattes and the coffee was a 10/10 as well. Lastly, I ordered the classic quiche Lorraine and my husband ordered the chorizo quiche. The slices are big and filling and both quiches were the best we've ever had. The chorizo had great Southwest flavor and the quiche Lorraine was fluffy with a solid amount of ham and bacon. The crust was very good and crispy but the filling was my favorite! Service was excellent also and as we were headed out to leave, one of the employees remembered my name and wished us goodbye. This is a great local business and the only downside is that I don't live closer!

tldr; great stop for great pies for a nice breakfast alternative! Nutella Kouign Aman 4/5 Malmaison Quiche 5/5 Decided to stop by during my road trip around Arizona. Visited on a weekday morning (Thursday in October) - parking wasn't too difficult but at around 10am most of the tables were filled, although there are a number of sofas available for seating. Overall the place had a slightly farmhouse vibe to it, which I appreciated! I was greeted warmly and I asked what was good. The basic Quiche Lorraine is their most popular, but the Malmaison is also popular, along with the vegetarian Provencale option, and a "blue cheese" Smokey blue with mushrooms. I opted for the Malmaison, along with a tasty Nutella Kouign Aman while I was waiting (quiches take about 10 minutes for them to heat up). Paid and a table opened up! I got seated with my Kouign Aman. Very tasty! They had nice brass cutlery and their own custom plates, which was a nice touch! The Malmaison was delicious! I devoured it pretty quickly, but it was slightly cold in the center. Overall this is a great hidden gem, and I highly recommend it! The only thing I'd say is to probably come early or a little later like I did, and maybe ask them to heat up your quiche a little longer to ensure it's warm when ready.

The best quiche spot in town. They are so cute and there are several sitting area, yet they are always full of people. I'm not surprised knowing their quiches are so good. I got to try several quiches and pastries, everything was good- like I could taste their rich butter. Also quiche is big enough that it could be brunch or simple lunch! Can't wait to try everything here :D

Where can you go to get a French delicacy without being ridiculed for not speaking French properly, and not sneered upon for being "un Américain avec une incompétence en matière de nourriture?" Quiches and Pies the place to enjoy your French culinary adventure. and even if anyone is thinking it, you won't care because the food is so good. This is a quaint spot that fills quickly and always has customers that enjoy these very french treats. The quiches are warmed and take 10 mins to properly heat up. But it is so worth it. The croissants and pastries are light, flakey and cut and spread with flavorful goodness. You can enjoy a cafe au lait or expresso. The only drawback is that the seats fill up quickly. The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The first time I visited I spoke the small bit of the French I know to order food and it was as readily accepted as English. Since then I have been a few times and the quality is exceptional. The pistachios are from Italy and the small, but important details make a difference to those who know. Elevate your taste buds and bon appétit!

Quiche and pastry selections- a lot to choose from

This place has been on my list for awhile as another Yelper I follow raved about this place and we have similar taste in food, so I checked this place out this weekend. Around noon, the place was almost full so that's a really good sign. This is such a cute little shop, well maintained with a cute ambiance. Any my goodness, so many different types of quiches to choose from and other French bakery items too. I chose the flammiche quiche which is caramelized leek (I love leek) quiche and an iced matcha oat latte. I chose one of the last available tables and waited for my drink and slice of quiche to arrive. The ambiance is lovely here, small and cozy with nice soothing 70s music playing. I was able to start reading a book while waiting for my food. Staff here super nice and attentive and did a great job moving customers along. After I arrived, about 10 more people showed up and one point, people almost had to fight to get a table to sit at, but everything worked out. My quiche was just ok and wished it had tasted a bit more "leeky," and it also felt like my slice was a bit more soggy than I prefer. It also wasn't at all cheesy. It was a decent slice of quiche, so I am willing to come back and give another quiche dish a try. I will say the presentation is gorgeous. My matcha latte was just too sweet for me. I forgot to ask if they used a sweet matcha powder so that's partially my fault, but I found myself wishing the ice would melt more in my drink. I just like a dash of sweetness in my matcha. Overall, I really loved this place and they had so many different quiches and other French pastry item selections that I won't need too much convincing to come back here again! It was a feast for my eyes. Great place to bring a date or catch up friends. I'll definitely come back again when in the area.

We have found our new breakfast spot!!! This morning was our first time in, and a little after opening, they were already quite busy! There was only one table left to sit at. The pastry chef hadn't even finished filling the cases yet! The employee we talked to was so nice, and told us about all of the offerings and how the majority of the ingredients are imported. I opted for the goat cheese & roasted tomato quiche, while my husband went with the ham & bacon quiche. We both quite enjoyed our breakfasts! The flavor was intense without being overwhelming, and it was the perfect portion. The pastry was crisp. It was so yummy!! We also split a caramel & pecan roll. That was delicious as well! We will absolutely be back, there are so many more things I want to try!! It's such a cute little spot!

There were so many options that it honestly took me a while to decide what I wanted! I really liked the self-serve bakery concept because it lets you browse at your own pace and pick out whatever catches your eye. They have a great mix of both sweet and savory items, along with an extensive drink menu featuring both hot and cold beverages, so there's truly something for everyone no matter what you're craving. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and flavorful. The pastries were light and delicious, and the drinks paired perfectly with the food. You can definitely tell they take pride in the quality of what they serve. The only thing I'd mention is that they don't accept American Express. It wasn't an issue for me since I had another payment method, but it's something to keep in mind before visiting. Overall, this was a fantastic first experience, and I can definitely see why so many people recommend 85°C Bakery Cafe. Between the incredible selection, fresh-tasting food, delicious drinks, and unique bakery experience, I'll definitely be back to try even more of their menu.

Located right next to 99 ranch and other Asian stores, 85c has Asian pastries, cookies, breads and drinks. We enjoyed a few baos with cream filling, a slice of coffee cake and the black milk tea. I usually don't get chocolatey things at Asian bakeries because they rarely "do" chocolate well, and it was the same here: the chocolate chip cookie and black forest cake were only okay and just not rich enough with a cocoa taste. Sign up for their rewards program to get discounts and promotions, even though you have to buy quite a bit to get anything and the points expire. Compared to non-Asian bakeries, everything is a much more reasonable price overall. A few tables are available, though I can imagine it being crowded. Still would love to get an 85c closer to home!

Their pastries and breads are next level. They aren't just baking an excellent product (which would be enough to make me happy in area that lacks artisan bakers) they are "crafting" baking art. I hate to compare to the European Bakery craft (because there are plenty of great American bakers) but Europe does have that as a trademark (at least France, Switzerland, Germany, and Italy.) If all I ate eat each day was one of their croissants, it would be enough - theirs just flake away from the outside, and then a tender airy sourdough inside. Pain au Chocolate - excellent. I know they're vegetarian, but I wanted to double check with her. She responds as "vegetarian means no meat, right"? All employees working at a food establishment should know what vegetarian means. This was quite baffling to hear. I asked her for a new slice because the one that was out on display was visibly burned and the other slice was touching pepperoni from the meat pizza. As mentioned, I'm a vegetarian. Therefore, I could not have either one of those slices. She proceeds to say that's how the pizzas are. They are slightly burned because they are so sourdough. While I can accept this answer, I do not accept the fact that she would not be willing to give me another slice as a paying customer. She insensitively said she can't give me a new one until all the old slices are taken up. She mentioned that this is their procedure. According to this, they are saying that they will not provide a proper product unless the old, damaged product, or unacceptable by the customer is used up first. If this is their business model, then it is apparent they do not value customer service. This business should have the competence to understand that if they want to sell a product, they cannot sell it in a condition that the customer is not satisfied with. Most importantly, being a vegetarian, they should have the sensitivity to understand that if a slice is touching the meat product then they cannot consume it. And again, the employee completely disregarded my health and religious beliefs by not accommodating me. You usually won't encounter problems when you're just trying to buy bread. However, it reflects on the business's employees greatly when there is a problem and they do not value customer service by resolving or accommodating the customer's satisfaction. I will be switching to Noble exclusively. Especially since it's so readily available at the farmers markets and stores.
