Once the check in process is done you are whisked back for a blood pressure and temperature check then a quick finger prick to test your iron level. Once that's done, to the donation area you go. The seat was comfy and the staff, well, amazing, to say the least. Once you complete the donation, they have a waiting area they ask you to wait for a while just to make sure you are ok. Plenty of juice, snacks and bottled water. A great experience in the end and it was nice knowing I not only helped myself but someone else that as well.
