No appetite to serve the customer in a way that feels positive, or helpful, or caring beyond the transaction. The attitude is: bare minimum, transaction, next order. No consideration for offering any of the basics that accompany a meal or coffee anywhere in the world. I hate to say this but when you're not into something you do it shows and what's the point if the customer and the product come last?
