Several pumps don't work and they don't identify the ones that don't! Don't waste you time here.

I've been to this place a few times. The coffee is average to good / decent but the only reason I…read morehave been a few times is because there was no alternative in the area. The quality drop over the past year is too significant even if a business is trying to downscale and cut costs during trying times. There is almost nothing on the menu that there used to be: focaccia, fresh sandwiches with quality ingredients/substance. The prices while always high are now completely unjustified for the quality and basic level of food they are offering. The choices on the menu are strange and some of the choices are not very edible. But the worst thing of all, as someone who loves nothing more than going to coffee shops and forming relationships with the people who run and work in these treasured small businesses, is that there is simply no soul in this place. No appetite to serve the customer in a way that feels positive, or helpful, or caring beyond the transaction. The attitude is: bare minimum, transaction, next order. No consideration for offering any of the basics that accompany a meal or coffee anywhere in the world. I hate to say this but when you're not into something you do it shows and what's the point if the customer and the product come last? Even if that's not the intention, that's how it comes across, strongly. Perhaps the business can stick to coffee and adopt a take away only model. Thank you and apologize if this is hurtful - it comes from an honest place of overall dissatisfaction and the negative vibes I have felt when visiting this place.

I came in to place your average muffin and bagel order (with some orange juice drinks), but no matter what it was - something was amiss. At first, they claimed they didn't see me at their register (until I asked "is someone working the registers"), to the very end when their only working register was their (what looked like) drive-thru bay (with the classic drive-thru window being seen), to show me that they had only two blueberry muffins in the pack - and the employee thought when trying back my order that I wanted both muffins (which I didn't want). Things were corrected and the money was charged right, but things just didn't start the right way. Not too sure where the drive-thru bay window and the line begins, but having this also be a place for an attached Exxon gas station, this seemed very confusing. There really wasn't much business inside when I got there - and throughout my waiting period for my food, I only heard and saw one other customer this evening. (The other customer talked above me to the employees and then disappeared, without hearing the door creak open - the most possible area they were to have gone.) The place was deserted most of the time, but I'll have to thank the coronavirus issues and social distancing. However, social distancing hasn't seemed to phase this location much. There were no markings on the floor, but people seemed to have understood that it's six feet and gone on the honor system. I'm generally a fan of Dunkin Donuts, but this one wasn't performing up to my expectations of the brand.
