Recently ( about 6 months), I have had an issue, and she NEVER returns calls. When I call, I am told she is not in the office. When I go to the office and see her car there, I am told she is "on a conference call". I offer to wait, and am told she is out all day. So when I finally decide to switch agents (though staying with the company) her staff actually swears at me.
