My first attempt at ordering had a few glitches, so I e-mailed the owner through the link she provided. She got back to me within 12 hours and low and behold, I had entered the information incorrectly. After placing my order, I received an e-mail conformation, and was subsequently notified when my order had been shipped. To summarize; I placed my order on a Tuesday, and had a finished product on my doorstep that following Monday. She is very personable, knows her work and how it can best be done, and was so accommoding. On one of our scheduled appointments I took the wrong bus and was late. When I called to tell her I would be late, she offered to pick me up, and when she found out I take the bus everywhere she offered to deliver my dress to me when it was complete.
