Not a small job since my driveway is 80 feet long and the widest area is more than 250 feet. Mark came out to my home to take measurements and upon leaving my home, he told me I would have the quote by the beginning of the next week. I got the complete run around after his visit. I called the following week since I had not received the quote nor any communication from Mark. He then told it would be the end of the that week. After more the two weeks of multiple phone calls to their office, broken commitments, and constantly being told the quote was coming I called again going on three weeks and Mark tells me they are not going to quote my job.

Legacy Glass was contracted by our home builder to install glass office walls and doors. We paid…read morethe builder at closing in November. In February, Legacy came to install the glass. One panel was bowed, and the installers said they would order another. After a month, 2 reschedules, and many phone calls they sent a crew. Now the glass on one of the doors is bowed and scraping the floor. Crew showed us the problem, and told us they would reorder a new door. A month later we are getting no responses to phone calls, are being ignored by the production manager, and have no idea what the outcome will be. Highly frustrating and unprofessional.

They mentioned installer/repair man wouldn't show up until around 5:30/6. Why did I have to call them to explain this to me, especially since I called earlier in the day asking for an ETA. Jamie at the office, said that's not possible, as their systems don't allow direct communication with installers in the field. Will never hire this company again. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. No wonder they have only 1 review.
