I just got my car washed at this location I've been going there for year and been satisfied with them until today!! So I noticed the past couple of times I lve went the quality of wash is not so great. So today I got my car washed again I noticed the car pressure was on high and super strong, quite loud inside. when I got home I noticed that the cover of my gas tank is missing!!! In the middle of my car wash, all of the sudden I got hit in the back of my car, the car was full of foam, I had no idea what was happening, the guys were so lost, they didn't know what was happening, 4 cars behind me got stuck as well, I asked for an incident report which the manager later send me an email saying it was my fault and they will not cover any damages, but then 4 cars behind me got stuck because of whatever the issue was. they had to close down the car wash because their equipment just stopped working which resulted in a huge mess! The employees were super lost, there was no guidance. I never thought I could get in a car accident while getting a car wash that should had been supervised. Now I have damages in my brand new car, I had a neck pain for 2 days now and all the manager did was sent an email that it's my fault and any damages won't be covered by them! According to them my car was not on neutral which is a lie! But if to them it's true, why they didn't check on my car? Why did they let the car behind me end up colliding with my vehicle?? There's no excuse for their negligence! I follow the instructions the employee gave me!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The worst experience ever! Amazing place. 1st time here for a simple wash at 11 dollars. Good deal. Then free vacuum, and they have the two heads, narrow and flat to get all the areas. Then even better, they have a pressure air blower to get the cracks of the car. If this isn't enough, they provide dry towels. Okay, even more, the provide big and tar spray. And all of this is free. Great place. Staff was nice too, but I only had to see them for two seconds. Definitely coming back here regularly. read more

What a disappointment. When this car wash first opened it was great. Staff was friendly and seem to care. They would ask if you had a membership and tell you the benefits of having one. Now it is the total opposite. Staff is unfriendly and could care less. They don't greet you or even try to look welcoming. When it comes to straying for bug in the front of the car you get lucky if it's a 3 second spray. The cars come out the wash dirty from the top, front and back.and lately have no clean towels. Every single employee could care less and from seeing the reviews the owner probably could care less too. They have a great promotion going on too that I wanted to do but after being my mother's car and wife's car here, that a hard pass. Got Dirty cars and bad service. read more

This car wash has gone down hill fast. It's pretty obvious they have had a change in management that was a wrong choice. Car wash repairs used to be handled quickly so you always got the best wash possible. Over the past couple months, parts of the wash have stopped working and nothing has been done to repair. The top 10" of my truck no longer gets washed. There's a roller on the right hand side that hasn't worked in months. Car wash regularly fails while driving through. It's just not a good value anymore. Quick quack used to be a good car wash. We have cancelled our membership and are looking for a better wash as this location is only concerned with collecting money and not providing a quality service anymore.. read more

I had such a bad experience at this location that I left without a wash. Ive never reviewed a company before but I'm going out of my way to warn others. I'm a regular at a different quick quack and have never had a problem before. After speaking with others I've heard stories of broken and scratched car parts at this location, complaints to management is met with argument and them telling you "we don't need your business anyway!" For starters when I told him I only wanted to purchase a three month subscription and not put my card on file he argued with me for 5 minutes like we were on an episode of Jersey Shore. Save your money, go to mister car wash-- I paid a little over $20 w/ tax for the drive thru and the front and sides of my car were still covered in bugs and dirt. I used the very mediocre vacuum they had to offer which seemed to scratch my interior more than anything. Luckily I brought my own cleaning wipes to get most of the bugs off of my side mirrors and a roll of paper towels to get some of the dirt off. I went back and showed them the dirt, they agreed I should go through the wash again so I did. I came out of the wash to realize all of the same parts of my car were still covered in dirt. Obviously a third time is just a waste of time so I asked if they had a money back guarantee because I could've thrown soap on my car and hosed it down at home for free. The manager came out and told me that they have the best chain car wash company in the nation and that their reviews can prove it (as I'm sitting there with a half washed car). Kinda rude too. Poor customer service. After he wiped his finger along the outside of my tires and easily removed the dirt he claimed I needed to go through the wash again with a "tire treatment" which was supposedly offered the first two times I went through. He said if I wasn't happy after that he would consider a refund. I will never go back here again. Like I said, if you have some soap and a water hose it's practically the same thing. If you decide to go here make sure you bring rolls of paper towels and car cleaners since it's basically DIY for $20. I'm writing this review because the manager aggressively claimed that the reviews prove how great of a chain it is, but it's not so... A side note for my environmentally conscious people: their tiny trash cans with no lid left a lot of trash blowing out and no clean up which littered into the grass and road. Disgusting. read more

The facility itself is "ok" but I wanted to warn others about the fake membership that was set up for my car using a fake license plate number. They set up a recurring charge and changed one of the letters in my license plate to register me unknowingly. I didn't catch it until 3 months later. I'm bad about watching all the charges from my account:( lesson learned! I called customer service and they refunded the money and said they would let management know. If you use quick quack and don't have a membership you better check your accounts to be sure you aren't being billed erroneously for a membership you never signed up for! read more

Though their corporate office handled it courteously and professionally, we are horrified by the actions of the local establishment to take advantage of people. I've been a member since it opened Nov 2020. I added a second SUV just purchased an older 2004 Land Cruiser in excellent condition. I've been in 5 times this month with no issues. I hear loud noise so I honked my horn Numerous times! The top roller gets caught up in my factory installed roof cross bar. After stopping car wash the bar is ripped off beaten 8-10 dents is the roof and side on top your see deep scratches line to a broken stop light bar on top of lift door? Both roof rack ends are damaged or torn off ...etc, you it the visual. The Assistant Manager recognizes me nice young lady. Say her Manager says they aren't going to pay for anything. Of course I'm Flustered, so I asked to speak to the Manager! He knows I'm upset says so later. First thing he says he will not pay for anything , he know the customer is upset why not start Sorry! Your having a bad day! Or we'll file a complaint and sent it to Corporate and see what they may do! On top of that he's laughing ! Oh he say he's not laughing at me but laughing is his way of trying to calm me down. He is emphasizing since my car is old than 5 years old they are not liable. It's not the Car Wash's mechanical problem that the cross bar got caught, it a customer' s issue , says this without checking their cameras. The best he'll do is file a incident report complaint with Corporate. He should have led with that at the least. Communicated no empathy for the customer. I seldom complain but I'm calling out Manager Gaylan Hester to communicate to all your Customers better. Laughter is not the best medicine in these situations! You voice conveys your attitude! After becoming a member I went through the wash three times over a month time frame on each occasion either the equipment of the employees did not put the correct wash for my vehicle, instead of getting the top tier wash I was paying for I received the good or lowest wash. This place is good but not great...every time I've gone it's been anywhere from 5-20 minute wait for the car to get washed. Their use of license plates for the membership is great and the individual attendant paying attention to the customers is great but the wait is a little ridiculous. The vacuums are decent and I like the little air thing they have. Have been a blue wave car wash customer for a few years now and tried out quick quack car wash since it's near home. Very very satisfied with the entire car wash experience. From the moment we entered the car wash and through the entire car wash. Very throughout and CLEAN! No soap is left behind especially when opening the car doors. Wipes are given to clean the dashboard and all staffs are very welcoming and friendly. My entire family switched to quick quack car wash. The monthly rates are a bit more expensive than blue wave car wash but it's worth it! Car smells good inside and out and is very CLEAN! I visited this car wash 1 time last June. Little did I know that they signed me up for a membership without me agreeing or even knowing about it. I did not sign any contract or even speak to anyone about a membership. They have been charging my account every month since then for $31.99 and unfortunately I just caught it. They also created a fake email account in my name. Customer service will not do anything when they are the ones committing fraud. My bank has even told me that this company is known for doing this to its customers without their knowledge. STAY AWAY! read more
