This company will not respond by phone to discuss damage. They think because a car is holder than five years old they are exempt from damage. They refer you to customer service and customer service refers you to the store, which by the way has no phone. They are afraid to deal with customers. Buyer beware. The auto body shop has had many issues with them causing vehicle damage. read more

I'm giving a 3 star purely for convenience, if you do not care about your paint and want a quick convenient clean, this is a great solution. We had the top membership on 3 of our vehicles and after a month of keeping them dirt free, I realized the swirls were getting really bad. An impressive feat on white vehicles. I went in for a normal car wash. Later that day I saw that I had an oddly shaped hole in my tail light. I went in and field a complaint to see if they had tv footage of whether it was broken at the car wash. I was told to not fix it because if it was their fault they would not reimburse me, I would be sent to kiniesels. Fast forward over 4 weeks, 4 calls to the customer service and I have heard nothing. They say it's out of their control and up to the store manager. A $17 car wash on a 2021 ford has now turned into wasting my time and possibly a couple hundred bucks to fix. Update: I did not post this on the wrong store. And quick quack provided no way for me to contact them other than calling the same customer service that can't help me. There is no way for me to respond to kristi below. I get that accidents happen but it's the complete lack of integrity. There is no easy way to file a complain, the customer service line says that this is out of their hands. Great customer service! And that I just wait for the store manager. When asked to be transferred or connected to the store manager I am told that customer service isn't able to do that. It seems like they are purposely waiting me out so they don't have to pay for it. read more

I was excited for this station to open due to the great location. However, it's not ready for cars yet. Haha Maybe because everything is new and stiff? It just feels like such a rough experience (for both me and the car!) I also noticed the passenger side isn't getting cleaned. The driver side gets pounded but the brushes on the passenger side don't actually touch my car until it reaches the back door. I am also leaving there with wet windows. Having to turn my wipers on to clear the smear of water which ends up making my windows dirty all over again. Or the little dots of water remain and leaves small water spots on my window. I will take the extra trip to Roseville. read more

Would NOT recommend going here unless you have a brand new car. My passenger side mirror shattered during the car wash and they refused to pay for it since my car is older than 3 years. They also would not refund my month of my subscription even though it was the second time I went in December. They remarked that is was a "cheap fix on Amazon" VERY disappointed. Turns out is is not a cheap fix. My mirror is auto dimming so the "cheap fix" peel and stick on Amazon will not work and I will have to get one from the dealer. Expensive since I was just trying to get my car washed not buy a car part. read more

Never has washcloths even when not busy, machine breaks down regularly, half the time the top roller doesn't get the back window and trunk, history of damaging vehicles-witnessed 2 trucks with front-end damage on today's visit, wife has been stuck in the middle and have to drive out with all soap vehicle. Bird poop shouldn't be hard to remove, especially when its two little ones on the hood, nope didnt come off in three visits. I dont think they are actually using bug remover to soften whats stuck to the car, it is just soapy water I believe. Reson being, I spray pre-wash at home on it and it comes off. But, their vacuums are top notch/cream of the crop/the best, they will take anything that isn't bolted down!!! Glad to know my Ceramic account is paying for dust removal and good vacuums. read more

I want to like this car wash so bad, but every time I go there; it leaves soap all over my car. This is because they use too much soap and not enough water in the rinse cycle. I usually wipe my car off afterward, but it still leaves blue soap on my garage floor. Also, they've had two price increases since they opened up last year and I don't see the added value. read more

Of all the quick quack car washes in the area. This one should be the crown jewel because it has the newest technology and automatic license plate readers and all of that stuff but the staff would rather sit and chitchat with people coming through the line than actually process cars. Alas, that is not the case. I just waited in the Members Only line for five minutes while the lady working chitchatted with the car in front of me. Not about car washes or anything like that, but rather just shooting the breeze about the day. They apparently knew each other. Boy, I would've given anything to get my car washed, but I got tired of waiting for her to process me and left. You would think with an automatic system that wouldn't be the case. I will not be using my quick quack membership at this location anymore. Response to Mason: That is simply not true. I would recommend you check your security cameras. I drive a hybrid, and could clearly hear the conversation that they were having, and it was about family members not their membership. Second, I was never flagged to move to another lane. I started to turn around before anyone else even acknowledged my presence. It is admirable that you are standing up for your employees, but I would recommend getting the facts before you respond to a disgruntled customer. From my perspective, $32 a month is too much to pay for subpar service, which is exactly what I got at that location this morning. read more

The wash cleans well enough. A customer was complaining about the large amount of soap left on her car after going through the wash so I was sure to ask which wash I should purchase so I would not have the same issue. I bought the wash the attendant suggested (this was my first visit to this location). Upon leaving after my wash, I noticed soap on my side mirror. I got out and walked around my car and found a large amount of soap on the back of my car. I had an appointment that I needed to get to so all I could be is use a napkin to wipe off as much as I could. I probably will not return. read more
