I love this location. They have a new member self check in line. It's very convenient, just drive up and it scans your license plate and the gate opens. The employees are friendly. Everything was going good until my vehicle arrived right before the huge dryers. I heard a large jerk and grinding sound. My car was not able to push forward on the tracks. I had to hurry up and immediately drive out. Well, when I got home and checked the driver side rims both front and rear were scratched. I did clean the rims so they didn't look so bad. 3.5 stars, I'd say. This location is better than others; however, the requirement to wait for someone to greet you to "get your plate" adds nothing to the personal experience. The only person they had there that seemed to smile is no longer there, so they may as well go back to using the automatic arm gates. I have the monthly subscription and hate waiting for terrible service. read more

I love this Quick Quack location because of its close proximity, but I feel like in the last year or two things have gotten worst. For example, they put these gates up where if you're a member you can just drive up and they have these cameras and computers that'll scan your license plate and you can go into the car wash seamlessly. They worked for a good for a few months then they stopped working and now they don't even use them altogether. So now it's back to having an actual person manually checking you in, which can get overwhelming because there's usually one or two staff checking cars in and this place gets pretty busy. Another thing is, it seems as if though their machine has issues more often than not. I know this is not their fault, but it happens more frequently than I'd like to admit. Other than those issues, the staff working here have always been friendly and I will still come because like I said it's close to me, but they need to get their act together on these tiny minor things. read more

I got in an accident within their car wash. The car ahead of me was going backwards as I was going forwards and slammed into me like 3 times. I filled out an incident report right after and was reassured that it would be handled. A month later, I'm still trying to get the basics handled on this. They told me twice that they can provide a video at the very least to provide to my insurance. Now they are saying that their wireless was down that day. For the last 3-4 months, the wash routinely short circuits or breaks down when I'm in it. Everything shuts off and a buzzer sounds, we sit there for a bit, and then it starts back up and continues on. Can't help but wonder, will they ever fix this? What is my increased membership paying for? I am paying nearly double for the same top tier wash I signed up for initially. Went through today and they have the brushes strapped back with actual tie downs -- seems kind of unprofessional and makes me wonder who is maintaining this equipment. WARNING! Recently while getting my car washed my car was advanced into the truck in front of me piercing my front grill causing significant damage. I filed a claim with the company. I was contacted a couple of days later and was told that they would do nothing to repair, compensate or assist me in any way. Apparently you enter their car wash at your own risk and even if their employee is responsible for advancing your vehicle in violation of their own safety policy you lose. I'm done with this company and will pursue other options for proper redress for my damages, stress, and time lost. I will never get my car washed there again... I had been frequently going to the Midtown location since it's closer to my house, but this location is so much nicer in West Sac! I was in the area and made a quick stop here. No long lines and great staff. The vacuum area was larger and had more spaces for folks to dry off and vacuum their cars. This location also provided towels which I don't recall seeing at other locations. Great experience and will come to this location more frequently. read more

Great prices for the quality of car washes, I have to admit. I had a lot of bird doo-doo on my windshield and it was pretty clean after I went thru the car wash. Yay! Great customer service. I have to shout out to the gal that helped me put my windshield back on, after it got flicked off from the strong dryer machine. Thankfully it didn't break my windshield it just flicked it off. Whew.
