I took him to court and won the entire case, to include car purchase price, all illegally paid repairs, and court costs. Still waiting on payment, as somehow he can't come up with the money the German courts have ordered him to pay, but is still running this predatory dealership. He preys on American service members and knows all the loopholes in the system. His business practices have been ruled illegal under German law. Avoid this business at all costs, especially since it is about to be added to the Blacklist. Based on other negative reviews from customers it is likely he will try and discredit this post.
