We hired Jennifer to clean our home bi-weekly. The initial clean was great but I wanted to see how things were going after several visits before writing this review. Other cleaners seem to only clean between heights of their knees and shoulders but Quickserv is doing a great job. She will customize your cleaning to suit your needs and budget. I recently used this company to clean my home. I moved a few hours away, but wanted to rent out my home so I requested service. Unfortunately the job was not satisfactory and I provided photographs to show the company my areas of concern. Via text message they agreed a few areas were not cleaned to their typical standard and stated they could arrange for someone to come back. I also was very confused because the price I was quoted was $70 less than the amount I was charged. After a lot of back and forth, the company refunded $60, but my home was never fully cleaned and they still overcharged me $10 which is frustrating. I would not recommend this company. The work was not good and the customer service was even worse. Like the other review.. I feel like they take advantage of empty homes/people who aren't close by to micro manage the work. read more

I had a terrible experience with this company , never have I been treated so rudely before. This company cleaned my home for a 3 month period and I rent my home on a short-term basis. In the beginning they did a fair to good job they like to take advantage of people that are not located in the area to supervise them. The owner/ manager knows just what you want to hear but as far as follow through; very inconsistent. I never had a bad review for my business until I hired this company. Good luck if you have to communicate with Jennifer Goode the owner/ manager. The last time the service cleaned for me they left visibly dirty linens on the bed and when I called Jennifer she said she would come over the following day to check and see what was going on and then she said " Do whatever you have to do to make the guest happy, give a free night or two" That was HER solution after her cleaners left dirty linens on the bed!!! She offered to give a discount but never did then she was MIA for 48 hours! Three days later she called me and said she couldn't be bothered to come over because she was at a party. ( And she offered to come over) ALSO.... she tried to BLAME ME for dirty sheets being on the BED ,,,REALLY?????.... I am a travel NURSE in OREGON!! My home is in Lakeland , then she proceeded to harass and threaten me on my phone via text . I was at work and I had to tell her to STOP texting me or I would call the POLICE!!! Her mood changes from good to really bad , really quick. I don't usually write bad reviews but I feel I really need to warn other people about this company. STAY AWAY unless you want problems.I had to hire another local company to deep clean my home and they worked a total of 9.5 hours to clean the house properly. I have pics that I REALLY wish I could share. Dirty , filthy disgusting! BTW this company advertises that they clean on the weekends ... Had a very bad experience with this company and I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want your home cleaned in a professional manner. I spent $230.00 for a move-in deep cleaning on an empty house. This is the price advertised on their website. The cleaning lady was there less than two hours, we left and came back finding her already gone. The laundry room was never touched, the baseboards and corners were as we left them, dirty. Ceiling fans not cleaned, bathroom floor not touched, I honestly don't know what she did. My sister and I spent 5 hours the next day cleaning kitchen cabinets, baseboards, floors in other words, the entire house. I sent pictures of the dirt and after one week and not hearing from JENNIFER, I emailed and she called me the next morning. She said.......I have other things to do besides call you ! Really? She would not let me talk, giving me her song and dance as to why her worker did a good job. In the end she offered me $50.00. I responded how gracious she was and that I would be leaving a review. She said, Well, if you are going to leave a review I am not sending you anything. She is rude and treated me like I was five years old. You are better off sending your money to your favorite charity and cleaning your house yourself. I will NEVER say anything nice about these people and their company. By the way, I am 70 years old and this cleaning was a treat to myself because of the hard work of moving.....I did not enjoy spending 5 hours on my hands and knees especially after spending $230.00 for nothing. Stay away and find someone who cares about their customers to clean your home. I wish I could post pictures to prove to the public what they consider a $230.00 deep cleaning. read more
