The gates were not leveled and dragging the ground. The attach fittings were not thru bolted and the openers were mounted 7 inches from the ground, not the minimum of 12" per the manufacturer. Mo answered and was able to get someone out next day(Saturday). The service tech, Colin was right on time and was able to quickly figure out the issue and got it resolved as well as making adjustments to the track and springs as they were binding. Had another garage door at a different location that had the support brackets called loose out of the ceiling and the track was misaligned due to a poor installation by another installer last year. Colin resolved this issue quickly as well and now the garage door works for the first time in over a year. As a builder /GC, I would highly recommend Gator for any repair issues and I'm looking forward to trying them out for installation of new openers and garage doors.
