Like Brent F. said, the staff rocks!!! I went in only knowing the birthday boy likes pale ale. I left with a huge selection of beers that made the perfect bday gift and even better laughs after consumption! I didnt see any food there, but I did notice they had THE CHEAPEST RED BULL I've seen anywhere. They also sell kegs and you can pick up most beers chilled or room temperature. Are you looking for a place to buy beer in Cortland? Look no further! QSB is definitely the most CONVENIENT place to get beer in town. They have a HUGE selection of local and microbrews (many that you've probably never heard of). If you need kegs or other massive quantities of beer, this place is your best bet! And what goes good with beer? Pizza! I think they only make them on Fridays and Saturdays, but their pies are just as good as (and possibly better than) other local legends like Pizza & More or Pontillo's. Another great thing about QSB is that when the party is over, you can take all of your cans/bottles/kegs back for refund (and then you can buy more beer), as they also run the largest bottle return business in Cortland. Giving this place a one star rating is a gift. This was absolutely the worst service I have ever received at any store before. From the owner trying to make me feel stupid after I asked where I can buy a keg tap from, and him replying "I just told you that we ran out of keg taps. Obviously, thats why I want to buy one somewhere else. To his greedy reply saying "you can buy a lot of 30's instead of a keg", because they ran out of taps. Then he left and I was helped by an employee that was working with him, who I thought would give me better service but actually made it a lot worse. He wasn't answering any of my questions and would barely even talked to me, after he swiped my debit card, he then just stared at me with the receipt on the table in front of him waiting for me to come over and sign it. It doesn't end there, he then rolled the, around 170 lb, keg out to my car, plopped it on the floor and just walked back into the store. Leaving me with the keg to throw into my car with no help at all. I had a terrible experience with this place and i'll never be going back there, and i'm going to make sure that none of my friends have to deal with any of those guys either and go through hell like I did.
