Our company owns 3 of Quigley's Vans. 1 E350 and 2 Transits. We have had warranty issues with both of the Transits. The warranty repairs have been completed Ford dealerships. Quigley refuses to compensate the dealership for their repair time and we, the consumer, have now been without the vehicle for 2 weeks and will be responsible for the repair cost. Quigley's customer service is beyond frustrating and their relationship with the Ford dealerships is non-existent. We learned when you buy a Quigley product, you have no warranty and it becomes a finger pointing exercise between the dealership and Quigley and the consumer gets stuck paying the bill. I am in inventory manager at a Ford Dealer in Ca. We ordered a Quigley Van for one of our customers. The van came in with damage and we had to fight with Quigley to take care of the problem. It took 2 months to get the transportation damage repaired. Quigley will take your money but does not back up their product or the shippers they hire. Bad Company, bad practices-- Dealers their products and service will cost you customers. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! They do not back up their stuff!!! And we the dealerships eat the cost!!!!! read more

They brand themselves as "go-anywhere" 4x4 vehicles but then refuse to honor the warranty when their crappy conversions break down (which they do at a constant rate) If you need something rugged that can drive dirt and paved roads going up/down mountains stay far away from this company. You'll find better quality and customer service from your average Chinese company. No Joke. read more
